Delete ssl certificate and csr from ssl option in your cpanel. Then regenerate the certificate using ssl status option. You may contact with your hosting service provider to solve the issue quickly.

@@hostrare Thanks man, I just needed to add the addon domain to my DNS record on Cloudflare, and it solved the issue.

Make sure Auto SSL is enabled from your hosting provider.

Find 'ssl certificete' option and delete all existing ssl certificates and tokens, the try re run auto ssl from 'ssl status' option. Make sure pause cloudflare DNS, if cloudflare dns service enabled in your site. Thank you

If you use clodflare then you must have to pause cdn, then run autossl as I mentioned in my video.

Not mandatory, if auto renew work. If failed. Then you must have to pause cdn and then run autossl.
