    Nice to have an experienced cook using the 360! I’d love to see an overall tutorial for the 360 including setup for smoking, vents etc. thanks for the great video can’t wait to see more from your channel.

      Really like the PK. I have a 360 and a classic that I cook on a lot. My classic is on the go stand and that’s what I haul around with me

    I loved the technique of using the bun warmer instead of two zone indirect heat to bring the steaks to temp. Personally I didn't like the Soy and Worcestershire sauce but I'll change that next time.

    I assume you can use lump charcoal on pk too?

    Why would you rotate them in the same spot on the grates. Always put them in a fresh spot on the grill grates for better sear marks

      Grates were still clean and that’s where my correct heat was. I think the marks turned out great!

    How hard is it to transport the 360 to comps? I have a 4 Runner so I would need to break it down and set up solo.

      +Bowers Backyard BBQ not bad at all. You unscrew the piece that keeps the grill attached to the stand and then you set your grill in and the base will kinda fit wherever.

      501 BBQ like the new name buddy. Question. Can u do a video of the PK if it’s possible to smoke something on it? I’d like to try to smoke a brisket or chicken or ribs or even a pork butt. If it’s possible. Thanks

    I know the judges are looking for medium but it looks pink and juicy enough for rare. I personally prefer rare. Looks delicious though.

    Dang that's a bunch of seasoning... no one complains that it's too salty? That's the problem I run into with seasonings that contain salt...

      In a contest I want it heavy on the salt. After judges try lots of entry’s they start tasting the same then give them one with more salt and they notice it. I do not do that much just cooking at home! Thanks for watching

    That brand of fajita seasoning has meat tenderizer which you shouldn't need if you are using a good steak and the after taste is gross.

      @@501BBQvery accurate because those final moments before box turn in that little dabble of butter can wash a lot away. Just judged my first a couple weeks again and another coming in a week 👍🏼 great steaks 🥩

      +B Detweiler I only do it in competitions to make sure the heat stays up the whole time. I’ll cook one steak and then the other, not at the same time. So making sure temp doesn’t drop. Appreciate you watching!
