A customer brought me their zero turn saying the Hydro Belt would keep flipping off. In this video, I go step by step how I took the old belt off and put on a new belt. I also give extra tips when installing and tips for the future of the lawn mower.

you should use a good anti seize on that that shaft so the clutch will remain easy to remove. But great example. I have not had to do the drive belt yet on mine. I have the little z246

Thanks for the video. I can’t seem to get the clutch off. When I try to loosen the bolt the pulleys move. Any suggestions? I’ve tried to hold the belt but I can’t seem to get a good enough grip.

That idler pulley sounded a bit dry to me. Maybe that should have been changed? Nice video as always Mark. Thank you.
