As a volleyball player I say that Haikyuu is a total bullsh!t and most of the strikes are physicaly impposible (like the ball is in position where it's just straight up impposible to put it right down, or his arm ends in positions where they would never end) and I believe that if he went against block that wasn't mentally f*ckin chalanged he would be dead
I agree but it's a manga, normal that there are attacks which are unrealistic in real life, it is precisely these unrealistic attacks which give an attractive side to the manga. And then, compared to other sports mangas, Haikyuu is one of the most realistic
