You can downgrade your iPhone 4S to iOS 6.

My 2013 model cannot be downgraded and I sold the other cracked 4S

Any iPhone 4S can downgrade to iOS 6.1.3, regardless of which year it was made. I see tons of iOS 7 revision model iPhone 4S’s on RUclips running iOS 6 that was downgraded.
