This video was a Godsend. I purchased my Neverful in Febuary, but I haven't worn it yet because my arms are too large to fit through the straps. I was about to sell my bag to a consignment store when I came across this video. When I see you attach that shoulder strap I knew God is alive and well and looking out for me!!! I have a neverfull pm that I hadn’t worn in years. It was hard to carry and looked a little dated. After watching your video last spring, I ordered a leather replacement strap and wore it as a crossbody all summer long! It became my go-to handbag. Gonna do the same with my ebene neverfull mm this fall/winter! Thank you for this clever idea!
