You know I've never used a compression bit for anything except cutting through sheets of plywood. In my mind it had to be used for cutting all the way through the material! I do learn something new every day.
Frankly Im not sure Im happy with the cut I noticed these lines in the sides of the wood. They weren't hard to sand out but I think I will stick with Spiral bits for the finer work
What bit are you using (I had a hard time reading the shot at the end - bad eyes)? I am new to CNCing and have not tried to cut that much material at once which is causing my cut times to be very long.
