That is exactly what I was thinking!!! Went thru the comments to see if anyone else caught it. Gotta love pulling the race card, but I don't see why her insurance wouldn't cover the cost of his car.
@@brandonmorrow1628 What racists don't understand is that cops see only one color and that is green. When they arrest somebody for DUI the city gets a lot of money so they would never let somebody off no matter the color of their skin.
He's a racist pos and probably wasn't covered by his own insurance because he's driving commercially and doesn't have a commercial policy, making him an uninsured driver and in some situations meaning her insurance doesn't have to pay him anything
It's not likely they would let her go if they thought she was drunk or high, especially after she caused a head on collision. Cops are trained to spot signs of impairment and she probably wasn't showing any, cammer is just race baiting.
ahh I get it now.. I was like what do they mean "shit was white".. and why does she have to be impaired to pull that stupid maneuver? I've seen 1000000's of dash cam videos where they show tons of people make the most questionable moves that causes accidents.. they aren't all impaired.. just REALLY stupid..
I'm beginning to wonder if taking driver's education out of the schools was such a good idea. It seems as if everyone needs to go back for a refresher course. Rules of the road, giving semi trucks room to turn, and how to handle merging traffic (note - everyone let one in like a zipper), and more. Seriously I am a disabled 60 year old and the way people drive today scares the shift out of me.
Also, nobody seems to practice driving. Nobody seems to know how to steer around obstacles, how to parallel-park, how to use the emergency brakes, how to figure out how big a hole they can drive through. You can spend an hour and make your driving 10x safer just by going to an empty parking lot and practicing dangerous maneuvers with no other cars around.
The school I went to offered driver's ed but I never took it. My dad took me to a school parking lot and let me run around for a while to get the hang of handling a car before letting me go out on the road. And while I made my right turns a little too wide at first, it wasn't long before I caught on and was driving like I'd been doing it for years. And as for all the stuff you mentioned (semi trucks, proper merging, etc.), I do it all. And I find I don't have nearly as many problems as these people do. Another difference? I don't use my horn to scream at people over every thing that happens (like most everybody in these clips). That's something that gets on my nerves about these videos. As soon as they hit the horn, I fast forward to the next clip.
The problem is, Zipper merging, while it's technically correct, isn't taught or codified for enforcement (in most states; Oregon doesn't enforce or codify it). If I'm in the left lane and you're in the right, and the right lane ends and we collide, legally, it's your fault for failure to merge and/or entering into an occupied lane. If I have to stop to allow you to merge and get hit, I can be faulted for impeding traffic, in addition to the car behind me being faulted for following too closely. For my own ass, I have the legal obligation to keep the flow of traffic in my lane going, even though whosoever in the right lane has elected to forcefully merge where no space exists because that's what the law is written to be. It was the responsibility of the right lane to merge safely, Not mine. I know it sounds like I'm being a stubborn ass about it, but until the law is changed, I have to follow that set of rules. Fortunatley for me, the incidents I've been in with that exact circumstance, the fault has been always given to the vehicle in the lane that must merge, but insurance companies and the law don't always agree, which is ANOTHER point of contention that needs to be sorted out. That is to say, the system is broken, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and nobody follows a single standard. This is one of those cases where I feel like the merging rules (and some other common law rules, such as turning into the nearest lane on a multi-lane road) should be federally regulated, and right turns on red and speed limits regulated by the state. This is why most of Europe has a MUCH better driving standard than the USA, most driving rules are standardized at the national governing body, not with lesser governing agencies.
6:46 such an overreaction and a good way to get arrested. My guess is that Toyota tried to cut her off and they’re definitely wrong for that but the lady in the Nissan had no right to go destroying property like that either or to road rage like she did. Neither of them were in the right. If your road rage is that bad, you don’t need to drive.
sure, but it was pretty damn nice watching her beat the crap out of that car. Perfect example if you want to be a douche and throw from your car. Lol. She needs an award.
@@shannonvice3958 neither of them are in the right but honestly she could have easily been arrested if a cop saw that as she or anyone should who acts such a way. Doing what she did is both illegal and extremely dangerous especially when you don’t know how the other person will react. She doesn’t need an award.
@@shannonvice3958 Unfortunately "beating the crap out of someone's car" can potentially escalate to "getting shot because you're beating the crap out of someone's car". There may be a few things worth losing your life over, someone driving like an a$$ isn't one of them. Some people just need to learn to let go of the stupid.
Video #6 2:00 Amanda C. - if this is a "constant issue" at this intersection as you say, then it would be a good idea for you to slow and be ready for it. You shouldn't be surprised by those bone heads pulling out like that. On top of that, it would also be a good idea to secure your belongings in your vehicle so they don't go flying through your vehicle when you stop quickly or worse, hit something. Loose objects can lead to serous injuries when they become projectiles in a crash. ILR Car Control School
It's amazing how many people never learn, and how many people don't even practice driving before they get in a bad situation. And seat belts aren't going to help you in a collision if you have a bowling ball on the back deck.
Or maybe people should obey the traffic signals in the first place and this driver wouldn't have to worry about their belongings flying around the vehicle.
@@Cerissa2006 For sure...and they shouldn't drive impaired, distracted, speed, tailgate, drive aggressively etc. but they do. So it's up to everyone to be ready for the idiots that drive stupid. It's called defensive driving.
Kentucky is filled with bad drivers. I live there currently and we were almost t-boned after our light turned green. My grandpa looked left right left then proceeded to pull out and this person most likely going around 70 in a 55 blew the light. Police don’t stop people and they allow people off.
A lot of them seem to hit the horn a second plus before they hit the brake. I guess they are expecting the other person to speed up/move, but when someone does something dumb in front of me, I always expect them to do something _dumber_ next.
4:08 "Both of us were driving reckless, I made sure to cut out the footage to make it look like it was only the other car, but I left the sound on with my engine roaring. Next time I'll be sure to NOT include sound" Fixed it for you, cammer! No charge :)
What? He’s literally not doing anything except speeding up and changing lanes in the clip. Don’t assume random shit, the other guy is not associated with the driver.
3:53 A most common theme, you see the car in front of you having some kind of difficulty or confusion and you don't reduce speed so as to arrive at the accident as soon as possible.
@@observantmonkey4055 You're saying a horn would tell this distracted driver with his right blinker on that he's about to veer off the road and somehow prevent it ? lol ok
@@MDKN22 For one, I didn't have to go to school to learn how to manage 2 pedals and a wheel. And second, how are you so dumb as to suggest that distracted driving is "always" caused by a loud noise? Are you aware that driving while looking at a phone, for example, is distracted driving? No noise involved with that one. Third, unnecessary use of a horn can actually cause a distraction that actually creates an event rather than preventing one. Back to school you go - you have a lot to learn.
Either that or the road curved slightly left while the truck went straight. Hard to judge given the lane markings seem to have been washed away completely
9:20 im so glad to see people get out to help, but forcibly lifting the pedestrian to sit up could've been fatal. you NEVER move someone if you don't know the extent of their injuries.
I would presume the fear was that if left there they were in danger of getting hit again. I would hope people would be intelligent enough to slow down and look, but with the way some people in these vids drive, I'd be worried even with someone standing over them trying to flag traffic.
@@scottthewaterwarrior which is an understandable mindset. but as an emt who has seen countless adults and children lose their lives because someone moved them and caused a spinal cord injury to worsen, never move someone without trained medical professionals.
4:12 - someone probably doesn't have commercial insurance to be doing Door Dash. A lot of people don't realize that you have to pay extra for insurance if you want to be covered doing Uber and other similar services. You're using your car for a job so it needs to have the proper insurance.
The main reason why people don't get commercial insurance for things like Uber, Door Dash, etc. is the expense. Commercial insurance is so prohibitively expensive for the average person that people often go without. Basically, if you decided to get commercial insurance for doing that kind of delivery, the earnings from your job would be basically going for the insurance premiums. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? But, it's the chance that people take. I did when I was doing pizza delivery some 35+ years ago. Almost paid the price when I'd hit a pedestrian, but because the claims examiner told me point blank that they would cover me, they couldn't use that exclusionary clause to later deny coverage. Had to hire a lawyer to get everything resolved.
@@GeorgieB1965 Doesn't matter, the point is, if you're driving without commercial insurance in these situations, you are in the wrong. It's almost, but not quite, as bad as driving uninsured. If you cause an accident while you're driving for one of these, and you don't have the right insurance, you think your personal insurance is going to cover it? NOPE. You're screwed.
@Frankie Bleddyn They probably checked for insurance and such and issued citations accordingly, but unless she is showing signs of impairment, they usually won't check for that. Might be a catch 22 on insurance, will the other party's insurance pay if the other is acting as an uninsured motorist, and as such shouldn't be driving. I suspect the doordasher told police he was delivering for doordash and they included it into their accident report, which both insurance companies received (if other driver was insured). If other driver was not insured, good luck. Was involved in accident with uninsured, and you can't squeeze blood from a turnip as the saying goes.
6:57 is a good way to get shot. Wouldn't ever want to be in that situation but ripping on the door and the window is justifiable defensive shoot if you're in a free state.
That's why it's a good idea to carry hornet spray in your car. Legal everywhere and VERY effective against pests. I also hope that stupid creature was arrested and had to pay for the damage she caused.

Hey Doordash dude, your explanation makes no (zero) sense at all. If you show the video to your insurance company, they will get your car replaced and sue the other driver. You are carless because of you, not insurance.
@@mschiavoni No, he stopped in the left lane, waited for all traffic to clear, then pulled out and then turned right. Look again, when he moves there were NO cars in front of him.
It's always crazy to me to see someone cause an accident, and when they get out of the car they check their car for damage first. I'd think they should see what damage they may have made on the other vehicle.
14:16 it wasn't inches away, it literally looks like it's about 2 - 2 1/2 car lengths away.... It seems like to me both drivers were paying attention but the camer made more of a stink about it. It genuinely looks like the BMW driver thought they could make the turn then realized they couldn't so they stopped. But the camer driving the vehicle made a bigger deal about it by just sitting there and saying "OMG". By sitting in traffic you stand to get hit by someone who isn't paying attention. Why not just move along about your day and go around the stopped vehicle?..... The other driver made a mistake and realized it. Instead the camer made a big stink about it and wanted to send it to MDS. It's literally the responsibility of every driver on the road to not only pay attention to your OWN driving but OTHER drivers on the road. It's refreshing to see a clip not end in an accident and where the opposing driver (the non-camer) realizes their mistake. Mistakes like these happen more often than we think. We're human, it happens. Just shake your head and move on.
I was thinking the same thing. The BMW was barely over the white line and a long way from being "inches" from a collision. The cammer just massively overreacted and went overboard about it.
@@CrainialCommando Honestly I would be ok if the camer didn't have such a reaction and just went "Driver wasn't paying attention and realized a little too late they couldn't make the turn and stopped. Thankfully we were both paying attention and went on about our day" or something along those lines. Like I've seen a few of those on this channel and I'm totally ok with it because it's good to teach new coming drivers to be attentive on the road not about your own driving but about the driving characteristics of others. Not going so drastic with the "THANKFULLY NO INJURIES TO REPORT, WIDE LENS MAKES IT SEEM CLOSER THAN IT WAS", like c'mon....we were not born yesterday lol.
@@steveleslie2170 lmao I was originally going to put a couple meters away but automatically thought about the americans who wouldn't get our measurement so I thought a more visual measurement (i.e. cars) would be more easy for everyone to follow. It must be metric inches though if she thinks that is "close" lmaooooo
@Steven C I am so sick of people saying "It's much closer than it looks, wide angle lens." Wrong, it's exactly as close as it looks because there are markers we can use to see the distance. Perhaps people need to realize their view from in the car is not the same as the camera's. When they can't see any ground between their hood and the car they almost hit they think it's close but the camera that's mounted behind the rear view mirror tells the real story and too many damn people can't judge off the nose of their car. If we can see 15-20 feet of asphalt between the 2 cars then it wasn't that close and to say they were inches apart is ridiculous because if it's 10 feet that's still 120 inches. lol
Some people are the kind of people to put the shopping cart in the corral. Other people are the kind that dont. We need more of the first kind and less of the second.
Actually it DOES matter. Idk about your insurance card or info but mine says very plainly that my vehicle is for PERSONAL use only and not for Uber/Lyft/Door Dash/illegal taxi service. Cammer can try to sue the other driver. Cammer can try to sue their own insurance but they’ll lose bc they didn’t have commercial insurance on their personal vehicle.
That depends on the state it happens in. If it is a no fault state like Michigan where I grew up Then each drivers insurance covers their own car. The most you can go after the other driver for is a few hundred to cover deductibles. If you only have liability insurance or don’t have commercial coverage while doing gig work you will be out of luck.

I don't understand why states are not forced to deal with the uninsured motorist problem, or even the hit and runners. What are the percentage of hit and runs that are found via dashcam. I understand that police can't make an arrest unless there is proof who the driver was, but do a simple fingerprint check on the vehicle and find out everyone who drove the vehicle. That will narrow down the individual involved in operating the vehicle. They can be fined and possible have their license revoked. I know it won't stop them, but it is a start and could later lead to substantial legal problems for them.
@@RCorvinus Doesn't always work that way. They can say they don't know who was driving and unless you have proof of them behind the wheel nothing you can really do. Yes they can take the plates off the vehicle and fine them, but that's about it.
People who don’t have insurance won’t care about having a revoked license. I’ve been in two wrecks myself and neither were my fault as I was ass ended. The first dude who hit me was an illegal from El Salvador with no license, no insurance and no visa. My insurance had to eat that one as my car was totaled. Second was an unlicensed driver who tried to say his brother who was in the car was driving since Bro had a valid license and homeboy didn’t.
@@dressedasyournightmare6695 I agree. Unfortunately we can't put them on a chain gang and putting them in jail will still cost us money and we can't shoot them. Heck, rework the prison system to be that, a prison and not a burden on society. Sorry, just a rant, getting them pent up feeling out from my own uninsured motorist accident. 4:20 that is so stupid, I'd be suing my insurance company if they didn't pay for that especially after seeing the dashe cam footage. It's clear the 2016 Chevy was at fault. I feel sorry him having no car 😔
The cammer was using their car as a commercial vehicle. Insurance for vehicles is classified as personal use and commercial use. Cammer admitted they were door dash and PERSONAL use insurance won’t pay. Last I checked the you need commercial insurance that was mentioned when anyone tries to get employment with Uber or whatever as my neighbor drives for them and he got the extra insurance bc of shit like that clip.
BMW-branded blinker fluid is _really expensive_ and the dealers don't want to sell it directly to the public. They want to charge for the labor to top up the blinker fluid, too. The sticker shock leads most BMW owners to use the blinkers *only* when absolutely necessary, such as when demanding that the next lane make a space for the BMW to move into.
#39 at 13:13 ... It's *VERY* common to see that! I lived in Indiana all my life (& there in Mooresville too!) & that driver gave you the courtesy of letting you pass instead of blocking you in.
@@morgfarm1 it's simple. I pay attention ahead and make sure I'm never in a lane that's ending.

If we can see 15-20 feet of asphalt between the 2 cars then it wasn't that close and to say they were inches apart is ridiculous because if it's 10 feet that's still 120 inches. lol

#39 at 13:13 ... It's *VERY* common to see that! I lived in Indiana all my life (& there in Mooresville too!) & that driver gave you the courtesy of letting you pass instead of blocking you in. Instead of sitting there at a stop sign, you just go & take the shoulder to let traffic pass, with common sense, of course. They couldn't speed up fast ebough, so they let you pass.
/It's an Indiana thing!
Never seen it before. And was a dumb thing to do at the time since the roads weren’t busy like they usually are. ( since he had one truck coming to his left and me and another car on his right. ) But you’re right. He didn’t have to get over to the side. But I’m thankful he did. Although If it was as busy as it usually is that would be alittle different and more understandable.
A courtesy, yes - but cammer was way to close for the truck to have pulled out regardless.
I've lived in Indiana all my life. These are facts. Stupid Hoosiers as far as driving goes but these people will usually give you the shirt off their backs if needed too.
I've seen this happen in Texas.
@@Lorri. I think you summed that up nicely! 👍
I rented a BMW that had turn signals (electric ones, even) - so, they must at least be available as an option.
Or, maybe, the rental company special-orders their fleet with some options that are not normally available.
10:07 see? Troy ain’t lucky 😂
Very nice job with your work as always bro.
3:53 reflexes like a hawk
There was no statement given, wonder if they hit the crashed car, sure looked close..
Video #42 13:55 Joshua C. why would you zoom up beside that semi when you couldn't complete the pass due to the mini van ahead of you doing about the same speed as the semi? That meant you ended up driving beside the semi. Even though the semi driver should not have made that lane change at that time, you did a poor job of planning that out - both passing on the right and trying to when you could see it couldn't be completed safely. Look under the truck at the beginning, you will see a car passing it on the left. Making it 3 lanes at that point. Watch how the curb bows to the left in front of the cammer, it seems his lane has to merge left the truck maintained it's lane. Cammer had to yield
I agree with Bill. So hard to agree with a guy named Billy. OHHH BILLY!
@@billst.1044 It is hard to see any lane markings but it does appear you are correct. It could very well be that the cammers' lane is ending and the truck driver simply stayed in their lane. Good eyes Billy and Bubba! (I can't believe I am agreeing with someone named Bubba.) ILR Car Control School
0:31 no, it looked pretty close as it is!
10:00 As soon as I saw the bobblehead, I knew that sucker was gonna go for a ride one way or another!
Aikman got sacked!
"Remember kids, BRAKES first, horn SECOND!"
4:15, In my opinion It's 100% her fault, and if it was Me I would sue Her, and her Insurgence Company, there was NO Excuse for her to hit you👮👎! Don't forget YOU Have the Video to Prove everything, and a Decent lawyer could easily win!! 6:45, Females, even tho that Dark Toyota was wrong, You can be charged with Assault & Battery, and Destruction of Property{Equal rights}😁👮..
Seems like 80% are cry babies that are speeding and don't bother paying attention or have the courtesy to slow down and let them in. Love the useless horn honking. Love it when they honk the horn and the airbag deploys.
1:00 everyone saw what the other driver was going to do except the dumb cammer.
1:22 LOL! Jeep on Jeep crimes are the best.
4:02 to 4:10 cammer is just as bad as the other clown
4:23 your story sounds like bullshit to me. You had to use the victim card. 🙄
5:51 great save by the cammer
7:25 Nissan Altima with fake paper plates. Stereotypes exist for a reason.

4:04 "Mr. Anonymous", he knows he is wrong too but to scared to admit it, is ALSO going too fast too at 107mph and endangering others lives too. Take that racing crap on the race track, not on public roads you genius.
