Yes the cammer was wrong for using that lane the way he did, but the girl ABSOLUTELY has to check for traffic there. Vehicles are allowed to travel for short distances (several hundred feet) to reach their left turn.
@@spamlessaccount "she had no reason to look for a car using this lane to pass everyone". It's not a passing lane, it's not a turning lane yet. Generally not. I've seen people pulled over for that very reason.
#2: although the lane changer was wrong, cammer made it worse by not slowing down when she entered the lane. Likely insurance would have found you 50% at fault for purposely not avoiding an avoidable accident. Let go of the pride.
Yeah she escalated it way way more than it needed to be.
Plus brake checking them. She needs to stop driving until she gets some therapy
This! Just because you technically have the right of way.. doesn’t mean act stupid.

3:34 your kid shouldn't be driving down the turn lane like that
Do something about it
Dawg wtf 0:30 cammer is the aggressor!
Typical Washington driver of " it's MY lane"
What is genuinely scary is how many people make left turns based on assumption. The person going straight has the right of way so if you're turning left check before going. Who cares what the car ahead of you did.
3:18 your son should learn what this lane is for. That 17 year old girl had no reason to look for a car using this lane to pass everyone to make his left turn at the light. It's not a traveling lane. Anyone in this lane should be going very slow or stopped to make their left turn.
A car legally in that lane (to turn in the business in front of her for example), would have been driving much slower than he was. They both could have stopped in time if was driving a speed to make his left turn. He was probably doing close to 30 mph.

Not to mention , going a little fast for a parking lot. Usual limit is 15 unless posted.
@Falcon2 Cammer is wrong . When in doubt ,Yeild to right ,plus other car has right of way as it's ingress/egress lane
actually i have the right of way since the other car was coming from a no exit apart parking lot and i’m in the main lane but other than that is both fault
"she flipped me off even though she was in the wrong" - nah, she probably flipped you off because you brake checked her
Not to mention heavily accelerating to prevent her from "getting" your lane. Sometimes it's better to brake and let it go... you'll live longer.
This lady probably watches dash cam videos every day and does this shit to get cred online for being a good or attentive driver i guess
1:50 maybe he felt that the way you aggressively accelerated after he passed you meant that you were trying to catch back up to him to rage, so he brought it to your front door
@ 0:34, cammer could’ve easily braked for this. They eventually did, but it was to brake check the other driver. You’re no better than the other driver here
Cammer was in the wrong and just plain rude. Why would you take a chance on causing an accident, wrecking 2 cars and potential injuries just to say you were right?
Everytime I would watch these videos, and someone spun out in either rain or snow, I always thought to myself, “it can’t be that hard to correct it.” That was until I spun out and found it hard to correct it. Never underestimate rain.
Some of these cammers are worse than the infraction
6:50 Do you think removing all support will solve homelessness or are you cool with homeless people dying if it means you don’t have to look at them? Serious question
5:43 that's a pretty crazy one, especially since cammer was already doing 80+mph
agree, but he should get out of the left lane and let the faster traffic pass. Cammer's fault.
@BuckeyeBob only after he gunned it to block the passing car. Try again. 🤡
In video, you can see Cammer went from 80 to 88 mph to shut the door on her. 2 idiots.
I'm going to have to agree with those pointing out that he gunned it when he saw the white car coming up. He went from 80-91 JUST to stop the white car from getting in front of him. He is the cause of this wreck. I'm surprised he didn't try harder to do a pit maneuver, since he seemed so offended that someone didn't want to wait on his lane camping ass.
@BuckeyeBob your opinion. You are wrong but still have a right to your own opinions.
5:45 Driver sped up from 80mph to 91mph to not get passed. Seems like both parties were at fault.
Back and Neck injuries??? From the front right fender being bumped? INSURANCE FRAUD!!! For the accident too. Cammer caused it.

7:31 Just going off the video I almost think the other car has the right of way and the cammer is the one that didn't yield. It looks like the other car is on the main way headed for the exit.
I was thinking the same thing
Same. I rewatched the clip several times, and I don't see signs for either driver. The white car seems to be on a main through road so should have right-of-way.
I agree with you 100% the camera guy is crossing a main road in a grocery parking lot but he thinks he's in the right and cuts of the little white car. It clear that the road that he is on is crossing that main parking lot.
7:32 No, you were driving through the parking lot and did not yield to the car on the right, and almost hit them. Lucky for you, they stopped instead of being a DBag and just honking their horn.
@thebeardedmaverick Correct. When this happens, the right hand rule applies; the car on the right should proceed first

#2 could have avoided the whole thing by either not accelerating or letting off the gas. Better than going into the emergency lane.
Cammer has the legal right of way and needs to maintain momentum if they're in the leftmost lane. Also, it is the job of the driver changing lanes to yield. If a crash occurs it would be on the Subaru driver.

I wouldn't necessarily say the big rig was being an idiot. The particular spot you were in is one of the major blind spots in some models of rig. @ Dave Hicibothem: the lady drove agressively, that's obvious, she's 100% to blame. The cammer kept his lane and is allowed to speed up if he wants to. He does not have to yield to the Subaru. If you watch the speed of the cammer at the bottom, you will see he did not brake check, he just let go of his gas a little, which is fine.
