My most forgotten item is a spray bottle of water. Cleans lenses, hands, and grips.

Always carry a small first aid kit, you be surprised how often you need a bandage or antiseptic. Fields are dirty and need to take care of yourself!
Gives me an idea to do video on things you might also want to carry besides these.
