Nice video shoot. We've been there and we rented a tricycle for 1500k to go to pulang bato the falls , sulfur vents , forest camp resort but unfortunately our tricycle can't go the trail going up so we have to take off the tricycle and walk . But everything worth it.

Your VLOG should be in English to reach a wider audience to be able to understand it. English is taught in schools in the Philippines, so your fellow Filipinos should be able to understand your VLOG if you do it in English. I love Dumaguete and that is where my wife is from. :)
