Looks like you have laying workers...Queen is likely gone...which explains why they were irritable before

I would definitely recommend combining that Hive with a stronger one because there is hardly know population there at all and no significant brood pattern at all or maybe condense them down to a five frame nuc

That’s not a defensive hive, but the low population makes it a weak one. If that’s your only hive it won’t make it through winter, if you have other hives combine them.
