So so helpful! At first it was giving me trouble because the data I was trying to convert had several spaces after the textual data, so I was not inputting the exact textual data to convert it to the number I wanted... therefore it was saying it could not find the textual data I wanted to convert. What helped is I copied and pasted the cell exactly how it was into the "find what" box in the replace tab and it worked! I just couldn't see the spaces after the text
