    The short circuit current will get devided into 4 cable runs, so your system short circuit current per cable will be 30/4 kA and your calculated cable short circuit capacity is 34K.

    Hello, Please tell why ahve you taken Full Load Current =774 A, when rated CB Full Load Current Value was 721A and previous Ampacity Calculation Full Load Current for 4 runs was 876 A. Please tell if its an error. Sir, please show another video of breaker Sizing calculation with a heavy motor with all the calculations for Cable Sizing, Breaker sizing etc for a simple HT /LT Motor with an SLD.

    Please specify:
    1. Why No Voltage drop has been considered due to motor load starting current?
    2. Why transfer full load was not considered ? After period of time more load may be put upto transfer full load.
    3. Power factor shall be less than 0.9 as depends on nature of load.

    Sir, we devide derating factor to the base current or multiply , some confusion becuse in some RUclips video they divide but you multiply ,

      Bcoz already cable size is fixed so we can't increase the cable size we can increase the run of cable

      The values should be increasing in order .
      If multiply it should be more than 1'some number

      Yes you are correct for voltage drop calculation only consider full load current 729A
