Yes, it should be 800 for HEP. They can also generate HEP power when decelerating, because the have regenerative dynamic brakes.

I'm pretty sure its some sort of Nathan K5 variant that can alternate between a regular sound level and the emergency sound. Its basically become the standard on all of their newer equipment.
Its either a K5CA or a K5LL
