Great video but the Jabaati is different from India its Somali style its called Sabaaya and the Biryani is actually Huuris (roasted rice) which is my favourite or the plain rice is called Bariis

The only thing not original somali is the pasta and the nutella. The japati is traditional somali food. We call it sabayat but in east africa they call it japati. The spices are really what makes somali food somali. Been at the cross road of east and west we had many influences from africa, asia and middle east.
Also Samosas are not indian but native to Arab speaking world. Somalis use spoces from india (because all spices come from there), doesnt make it indian. Also somali rice and indian rice are completely different.
just see where somalia is located geografically. we have more similarities with yemenis and omanis than indians. we have been eating spaghetti more than 200 years and we have developed our own version. but chinese were eating noodles way before italians came up with spaghetti. there are many people who eat rice like arabs, japanese, chinese, central asian countries, east asian countries, south asians like pakistan. rice is not something specific to indians. no doubt our neighbours had influenced our food and we influenced theirs. many countries in east asia, central asia, west asia, south asia and east coast of africa eat somasa but somali samosa is the best. you'll also find that many countries on the mediterranean sea have food similarities.

@@AbdulAli-ku9he Samosas english, Sambuusa Arabic, all samosas originate from Arab/Somali homeland, not india.
East west somali foood is the best
We don't call the rice Biryani. YOU go to Somalia and order Biryani, people will laughter at you. It is called BARIIS. Nice though.
Samana, The style is biryani style & Somali people call it Bariis Isku karis
Similar style.

Tawakal is only for God.
We don't rely on people.
To appoint someone to do a task is called wakaala.
That's the only sentence I ever heard, tawakul in Allah swt,
Takes alot if iman to achieve that, may Allah swt grant us that
After he said Tawakal the next word I was expecting to hear was Allah. Tawakal-Allah. I guess he was trying to appease to his non-Muslim customers.
Do you know the difference between tawakal and al- tawakal , learn before you comment, 😏
