France should be N°1 the most refined cuisine in the world.
I doubt people those who tried authentic Georgian food, not just street food, would make this list without Georgia.

oh yeah, basic of modern cuisine. Its not just cheese, wine, macaron, but sauces, like bechamel, hollandaise, bordolais.
Italian cuisine is better than France. I have visited both of them.
@@subhojit9018 Shut your mouth. French cuisine is insane and varies greatly and technically encompasses Italian style as well. I'd also rate Spanish over Italian any day. Portuguese too.
