If you have watched Dr. Steve Gundry, you know that the only "healthy" milk substitute is "coconut milk". The others have to be chemically processed using some really nasty stuff. If you put chocolate syrup in coconut milk, it tastes like you're drinking Mounds candy bar. But I also drink regular dairy milk, too. And I put Half-and-Half in my coffee.

This matters to me because the the government is stealing a part of my salary to fund an industry that abuses and exploits cows so much so that a large portion of dairy farmers salaries are subsidies. Dairy farmers, at least in the western world, are welfare queens who wouldn't exist to such a degree if it weren't for "big brother"
@@williamshanks8959 Yes it is, it is one of the most nutrient dense foods there is. If you consume nothing but milk you would oonly become deficient in a handful of nutrients. Milk is subsidized because it's so cheap farmers would go bankrupt if they weren't subsidized. A single Holstein cow produces 15-20.000 calories every day.

It's true that because of ancient indo-european(aryan) pastoral nomads, that only European descendants can effectively digest lactose in the majority of the adult population. We domesticated animals thousands of years before others and continue to reap the benefits

One of the reason the cow is revered in India is the cow produces milk like one's mother.
This sacred relationship with the cow started long before the Europeans colonized India.

Apart from the obvious absurdity of the "racist milk" claims, I believe lactose tolerance in adults evolved in Europe and Africa independently. I think it is the Masai tribe who are cattle herders and milk is a major part of their diet (together with cow's blood).
Thus why the Maasai are an average of 6.25 feet tall.
