Straightforward, when I stopped wasting seed a long time ago, all my sleep paralysis disappeared, no more nightmares, now I always have good sleep and my dreams are always very very pleasant. It is not an easy repentance but Hashem gave us the ability to overpower this kind of sin, Genesis 4:6. When he told Cain that you can rule over your sin.

I too used to suffer from sleep paralysis before my Tshuva. I didn't realize there was a connection.
I have chronic sleep paralysis. This has happened to me since I was a child. I’ve had the experience of the creature (as you put it) wrestled my spirit. I’m just the type to throw a punch back. And I agree with you, that it’s related to some type of sin.For me it’s normally related to resistance if the creatures are there.
However. I have this chronically. And it’s happened to me enough where I’m not afraid of it. It’s just whatever. My brain will catch up when it catches up.
But you had these "mares" as a child. What sins have collected when as a child. ? It doesn't make sense.

I also had the messenger show up when I was a child, but I'm not Jewish. I think in a past life I was a non-Jewish supporter of Jews because I once had a vivid dream of rescuing Jews that speak Spanish. There was such a man that died earlier the year I was born. I know it might mean nothing, but who knows? I remember someone told me I was a little bit flirty with boys when I was little. Maybe had something to do with it. Could have been a warning.
I've had sleep paralysis almost every night when I was in Israel for 9 months I would get them a lot
Even children who have this carry their sins from their past life. When I was a child me and my siblings would experience this at the same night. We all would wake up terrified.
Please rabbi, could you show a video on what happens when we sleep. I mean on how sleeping is when your spirit communicates to you, how to decode the message, etc

The first time I experienced this feeling I was 4 years old. Believe it or not I saw my accident, I didn't know how to deal with. And when I was 9. Years old I got this gas explosion that changed my life.

@Seven I Unfortunately got burned 3rd degree 30% of my body
I had a few episodes im sure they were all from sins in previous life which i remember and reapeted them in this encarnation and this got better after teshuva repetance and feeling embarrassed to Hashem I had several "boyfriends". Not good 😔 until I hit rock bottom and got out of that gheinom
I had it many many times but when I had it my last time I was like getting grabbed by hands and I couldn’t do anything against it but I was trying to say god help me and then I said yahweh and everything was gone I was in a dark place nothing else was there and it was very peaceful there I had no sleep paralysis since then and I used to have it so much that sometimes I even didn’t remember after waking up ( like some dreams)
