one thing that doesn't make sense as you mentioned that you said that a male can reincarnate as a female and a female can reincarnate as a male that can't be obviously the neshama has two Parts the male and a female part but if you were the part of a male put you as a female that doesn't make sense even for a tycoon I know less would do that for punishment reasons such as putting a person in the animal body or something like that but to put someone in a different gender I don't think it's possible and if you can please quote me where it says that that a male or female can come back in the other gender thank you
The soul is certainly divided in 2 parts, one male and the other female, but the male part of the soul can be born in a female body, and the female soul could be born in a male body, in special cases like these, the soul could be born in a male body while being the female part of the soul.
