Are the upper and lower pulleys the same part? Thanks for the video.

I truly don’t recall. But I think they could be. You can call the dealership with your Vin number and they’ll be able to tell you, if they are the same or not or at least what the part numbers are..

I put the lower pulley on and it works great. I can confirm that they are the same pulley. Thanks for the video.
