Hello, how are you? I hope you are all doing well.
Today I woke up at 5 am refreshed and in a very good mood.
I share with you my winter morning routine, baking favorite cheese bagels and taking care of myself.
This past week I've been dealing with some minor health issues that have forced me to slow down and just take care of myself, something I often forget.

Cheese Bagels
Ingredients:
- 550 g flour
- 1 egg white
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 10 tsp Butter
- 9g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Feta cheese
Instructions:
- Mix the egg white with the oil.
- Add the milk, water and mix.
- Pour about half the amount of flour, yeast, sugar and mix.
- Add the remaining flour, a little salt and mix the dough.
- Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 balls.
- Add a tsp of soft butter on top of each piece and open the dough.
- Fold in half and spread the cheese.
- Roll up and turn the edges in the opposite direction.
- Shape them into a bagel and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the bagels with egg yolk.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 190 degrees until golden brown.

Dear Chryssa, I am very happy that you are feeling better and that you are surrounded by such caring relatives who are always ready to take care of you🤍 I am also sick right now🤒, so my husband is making me tea and ordering yummy treats🥰 Sometimes the body really needs time and some rest to recover. And you're absolutely right that taking care of yourself and loving yourself is so important! I think a lot of us have that as one of our main goals that we're walking towards in small steps☺🤗

Hi Chrysa, I'm glad you're feeling better now. It's always nice to have our loved ones nearby that we can count on. I love Korean skin care products as well. The one I have been using for a very long time is Mizon snail ampoule. I stray every now and then to try other products but I always go back to it. Currently I am trying Cosrx Snail Power Mucin but I don't like it so much. The stuff bagel looks so good, I can almost imagine it's wonderful smell 😊
