I've come across an odd piece of Power Rangers memorabilia from 1994 and am not able to find anything online about it. Very interested in knowing more about it, and don't know where to start

It's in a small clear pack, almost as if it came out of a cereal box of sorts. On one side of the pack it shows a flyer with a power rangers logo, and on the other side is a small card that shares both a power ranger (I have multiple of these so there are different power rangers depe on the card) and the D.A.R.E. Lion, and talks about some anti-drug naturally. It is dated 1994. I would love to show you pictures if there were means to
