You’re killing the game dude. By far my favorite new youtuber in the aquascaping scene. loving the natural style and detail you’re adding man. God bless!
I 2nd this!!! Love watching your videos, so inspirational!!!! I have always been a natural looking tank girl, even as a kid when i bought artificial plants i stayed away from neon colors and stuck with real looking plants.
Bro I’m so happy you’re making videos about something your so passionate about. It really comes across how much you love this and the aquatic space is lucky to have you.
Good work man! Your videos are professional but cozy and are generally very aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for this little piece of gold. Keep loving what you love! Hopefully we'll get to see more as you nurture this hobby
Love your content. Keep up the good work. Some details on how to assure a no-filter tank will be successful would be helpflul? How many plant? How to assure you don't overstock? What about water parameters? Alagae control, etc.? Give us some deets, man.
The quality of your videos is far higher than your sub count would suggest. Goes to show that quantity is not everything. I find your scapes inspiring!
if you want, you can add in the description something like: lamp used: X aquarium from: Y filter used:X cause i like your small lamp. looks like my fluval nano marine haha
Thank you so much! The buds come from dwarf hair grass growing out of water in super humid places. Cutting the buds off should stimulate better growth!
I'm nood on aquascaping and shrimp, just curious few question. Some aqua soil do we need to so call reset after some years ? when plants slowly die off. Or no need? Means you only just put once the aqua soil that it. Daily just put liquid plant fertilizer ? Of by course of nature , after years you do need to clear up the old Aqua soil put new one? Next come Shrimp. I always see people slowly drip the water from the tank they plan to put shrimp so call let the shrimp slowly adjust your tank water . Usually after how long you than take out the shrimp and put inside the tank? Thanks hope you understand my questions here.
I highly recommend drip acclimation for shrimp! It helps get them adjust to the water of the new tank. Aqua-soil does lose nutrients but it doesn’t need to be replaced. Instead, use fertilizer tabs under the substrate. I hope that helps!
Suggestion!!!! Please, put values on the screen of gallons and inches to liters and centimeters. The rest of the world is using metric system!!! Thank you!
Grats on reaching 1K subscribers! Love your vids! That atomizer is a really nice addition to the Peace Lily blackwater tank. Ooo water lettuce - always wanted to keep some...will they outgrow this nanocube? Or will they stay around the same size?
@@WorldofWhasian ooo I meant the size of the water lettuce, but I was actually curious about the shrimp too. I'm currently using a nanocube to raise up some shrimp fry before reentering them into my community tank. The cube sat empty until I used it as an emergency birthing centre for my berried shrimp. It was a surprise pregnancy as I put only 3 adult shrimp into a community tank designed less for shrimp breeding...but I guess all you need is 1 male and 1 female haha
@@AquaJoyClub oh i see! The water lettuce will get a little bigger. The roots do continue to get longer however, so I usually rip them off. The water lettuce will multiply like crazy though!
@@WorldofWhasian ooo - what an exciting plant. Thanks for the tip about the roots! And interesting to learn that it also multiplies like crazy...I imagined it would've been more of a slow grower because of its size!
Hi! Does it stay clean without a filter even though there’s driftwood in it? I’m currently debating between driftwood or no driftwood for a planted tank no filter
To be honest I don't have a good reason for you haha. It's something that I've done ever since the beginning because of what the pros told me when i was starting out. Maybe I will deliberately not use tabs next time around and see what happens!

That atomizer really brought that whole build to another level. Great job!
Thank you!
I really like how your tanks are snapshots of a scene in nature. Beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Love when those perfect notches exist!
Right?! 😎
Best production quality in the whole hobby, these videos are so pleasing to watch, please do not stop.
Thank you so much bro!

Thank you for watching! Definitely agree with you on that! I will try to make a more detailed video soon!
Alex you are an aquatic plant Ninja! I love your work. Very thoughtful and artistic! Great job on that cube! It’s beautiful!
Thank you!
New idea for an aquascape! You always inspire me for everything. I hope you grow even further in your adventure.
Yeah apparently that works! I saw a video of it a week after I filmed this unfortunately
I felt that "god damnit" in my soul when that hardscape shifted during the fill. Lol.
Right?! It made me so mad lol
nice! good to see many positive comments, so just going to add mine and say the jokes are good too!
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoy it!

Love your scapes bro. Keep it up

Love your channel man!
Cool bro
Thank you!
Another great scape! I have the same height DHG in my new scape, I will cut the buds off after seeing you do it haha

See if a magnet will get the aqua soil that came up. I saw that trick in another video somewhere. Depending on how much iron is in it, It might work.
It works apparently!!! Noted
@@WorldofWhasian heck yeah! Team work makes the dream work. 🫡
Those otocinclus names?? *chefs kiss*
Hhahah! Thank you!
Every time I see a video I buy a new fish tank 😂 since this video I went and bought a nano tank for shrimp
I feel the same way when I watch other people as well! 😂

If I am not wrong none of your tanks have co2 right ? Also is controsoil different from other aqua soils like ADA or tropica ?
No co2! I have never used tropica, but controsoil and ADA Amazonia seem to be pretty similar. I use them for their PH buffering characteristics.
