I've been watching your videos lately vlogging at the slum areas so now I'm just watching this and thinking of all those people. Hopefully, they are okay depsite the typhoon. On a positive note, at least with rain, it cleans out the streets and provides clean drinking water.

To drain rainwater from the streets, we need enormous underground tunnels, pumps, and chambers that are larger than the current sewer systems.
If you don't have any food and find yourself submerged in water, you're in an emergency situation, so break the glass. It's a survival situation.
You need a boat to navigate those flooded streets.

Next time, just have a camera or phone mount for your car, that way you won't need to have someone else hold your camera while you drive. Also, maybe it's time to change your wiper blades. It's making too much streaking noises on your car's windshield. I had to watch your video with the volume completely muted because of all the annoying background noises.
Jiggers TV made a disclaimer on the video with regards on his car's wiper squeaking sounds. He really knows how to empathize with his viewers. He is aware of that.
