A lot has changed , this is where I grew up!😊 Carlos drug is still there, Alex Lumber and the Church are the only shop and landmark that’s left and is still in my memory bank. I hope Dizon bakery ,Zelcors and the famous Aling Ika is still there. This is fun to watch! A 30 minute video walk down memory lane. Thank you!

Kuya ko po yung nagtitinda ng fishball HAHAHAHA
As cavite city ako nag elementary at high school nung 70’s to 80’s. Dati yung Sangley Point ay US military base kaya madaming US Citizens nag retire dyan. Yung Saulog bus may byaheng Cavite City to Olongapo para connected sa Subic base. Pag binagyo at bumaha ang Noveleta cut off ang Cavite City.

I fervently hope Cavite City will have a mall one day.
I just can’t believe how my old stomping ground looks so, so very different. I couldn’t hardly recognize it. The market has changed. My Lola used to take me there, then my mom. When I got older I was the one who went to the market to purchased vegetables, fruits, fish and meat. My parents worked in Sangley Point when the 4 of us siblings were still young and I am the oldest. My mom will leave a grocery lists so that I can go to the market. Most buildings look so old and some in a state of disrepair.

It just a Chavacano because it was a Spanish creole as Chavacano Cavite and also in Ternate

40 yrs na ako hindi nakpunta ng cavite city...grabeh ang laki na ng pagbabago...kahit maunlad na cia ..nasira naman ang magandang tanawin at mga building dati dyan...pumangit na cia...nawala na ung ambiance ng mga cavitenio...naging capitalized na cia..wala na ung kaibahan nia sa ibang lugar..sayang..over populated na di ...sayang..
