I wonder, when I hear this self acknowledging, if there is danger to become prideful, mainly for someone who is new to this kind of positive awareness. If the ego takes on this identity it could be very damaging, locking someone into feeling above others, separating themselves from others. But, then, I also wonder if maybe having wrestled with ego is possibly a prerequisite to or an ongoing conscious commitment for the Sigma personality. I've wrestled with ego inside me for decades and the more I release its control over me it seems the more Sigma personality I probably am. Becoming your own man, your own boss, not needing others, institutions, or outside things to define who you are is part and parcel, in many ways, to what the ego can't survive with.

I've been thinking about what the equivalent is for a female...maybe it's not a sigma type of character but there are women that I sometimes meet who I'm in awe of their confidence and their mysterious, feminine energy and their sexuality and their spirits. The same way I feel magnetized to meet a Sigma male. My question: what do we call these kinds of feminine beings? I want to make content to help woman more too. This is maybe the reason of to why trying myself with an Alpha styles gives me a sense of burden that my inner self wants to detach from any denomination. I always think deeply, I have too many faces perfect in every occasions, I defend peoples who are offended and giving them ideas to fight back. I have a strong sense of justice where I start to question and undermine some bullshit authorities. I take myself as a leader when there's nobody strong enough to lead. Although I am extrovert, but I love to have my peace of mind when I'm alone. Am I a sigma???....- it seems like, I just want to be detached with indifference from externals to feel myself.
