Alright, I'll be doing an experimentation with reprogramming myself.
As an INTJ loner who had existential crisis, suffering from loneliness but still aced classes by learning solo. I am confident this would be powerful and worth it.
Day 1: I listened to it 1.5 hours, feel more confident, made perfect eye contact, reduced hostility towards grandmas, did study for a bit...4 hours, hit the gym...sweated more than ever. Feeling fresh. didn't really care about what others were doing, was just doing my own thing.
Day 2: Went to university as usual, hmm...I couldn't feel loneliness, that emotion has been banished. I was completely preoccupied with myself. Even during free period, I ended up reading books on psychology. I could see many girls staring at me, I could read their emotions. fear, love, curiosity...anyway, today, there was this bully who tried me before but now...I let the silence do the talking and intimidated him with just a steely icy glare.I'm more assertive now, good progress for 2 days
Day 3: Used to being sigma, had a debate, didn't even need to refer my material...straight up spat facts. charisma overload. then after the debate, a girl approached me, I could read her emotions and knew that she came only because she saw that I was much more capable than I appeared. obviously, I moved away from her...I don't sit with the fake. still hit the gym as usual. can easily stare through people. let's go !!
Day 4: Burnout
Day 5: Skipped university due to burnout. found out the reason why I burnt out was because I attracted insecure girls and they drained my energy. Best to be honest with them and cut them off

Figuring out myself being a Sigma male has been one of the greatest moments for me. It wasn't until few months that I have realized who I am and why I am so. I did my engineering, gave up my government job (stopped doubting my intelligence), and just completed my masters overseas. I still don't feel like I need to live as an engineer or do what everyone else is doing. Just trying to figure out what really makes me happy.

I have awoken my true inner sigma and have subsequently eradicated the lesser form of myself that was the alpha. I've never been a pseudoscience follower or a youtube commenter, but I find these classifications very interesting. For those who are still confused about identification of this trait....this is what I have observed in real life and the movies:
- If a guy walks into a crowded room and some people are standing as well as sitting and conversing with each other, and as soon as he walks in and girls ran over to him and hug him and guys walk up and shake his hands, then that is the Alpha male. Everyone knows him because that is HIS social niche. The Alpha only goes places where people knows and adore him. He will never leave his comfort zone where he's taken years to establish his dominance.
If another guy walks into that same room, and people just keep talking and carrying on their business, and he has to walk up and shake hands and introduce himself, then that is the Beta male. Even if people knows him there, he doesn't have the respect and admiration for people to stop doing what they are doing. Once he introduced himself to others tho, people will talk to him and incorporate him into their conversations.
If another guy walks into that same room full of talking people, and no one acknowledges him, and after he introduced himself, no one still wants to have conversations with him and ignores him, then that is the Omega male
However. . . . when a guy walks into that same room, and immediately everyone stops talking and glance over in his direction. That guy does not introduce himself to no one. The ladies only smile at him and twirls there hair. He smiles back, but ignores them. The guys stare too, but he just gives them a nod and they sinply nod back. He then goes straight to get a drink or to his seat alone. Then everyone just starts to whisper to each other......that my friend....IS THE SIGMA MALE.

I like 'alone' better than 'lonely'. To my mind, 'lonely' connotes unfulfilled, longing desire for companionship. While 'alone' connotes the confident decision to forgo the companionship of others.
I've rarely ever felt lonely in my life, but love the feeling of being alone. We sigma are supremely confident in our own ideas about how best to proceed with our lives. Others usually prove to slow our progress or distract us altogether.
Are we always correct? Of course not, but that seems to be the best way for us (or me) to learn. Test my own ideas in the real world, and note the results.

But ironically you are right in saying people who identify themselves as sigmas are wolverines, because these animals are also called gluttons and some of the people i see in these comments definetly fit the description.
