Honestly, I could totally see Garangolm suplex Monsters weaker or smaller than it. Man's built like a tank yet gets kicked around by the other two Lords. So seeing him go Toe-to-toe with Malzeno was kinda Awesome, you go Big Monke.
If these new actual turf wars then I would loved it so much, it look awesome seeing new monster fighting other new monster especially the elder dragons
So Obviously there were some weird parts Coming from Just swapping Out the Models (Magnamalo Charging, Garangolm having Rajangs Enrage Animation, etc.) But Overall I think this Video was really Well done and Entertaining
I feel like sunbreak missed some opportunitys with some of the new monsters, I wish goss harag had more turf wars, there should have been one between garangolm and Malzeno and both astalos and Steve should have with with each other and both raths, lot of missed opportunities, Also nice to see magnamalo not just steamrole everything as usual (sorry i really don't like him he's so over designed)
i agree with you, his design doesnt make much sense towards mainline monsterhunter design philosophy, where the monsters arent monsters but animals in an ecosystem, where in the trailer he only got a kill due to a tobi kadachi being suicidal, the design philosophy is more in turn with the over top frontier design, which i dont really like
@@Asian_Jesus. very true like to me he feels like a deviantart OC monster designed by a edgy 13 year old, and he's honestly worst then most of frontier for me, I think most of frontier could be saved and brought to the main series IF redesigned, the zeniths and that half fire half ice monster however I think should stay in frontier, honestly I wish they would take advice from the unnatural history channel, great videos he does talking about them as animals
To see Lunagaron body slam Magnamalo and theb Magnamalo pull a reversal! That was intense! A lot of these are intense, my favorite in game was Magnamalo vs Rajang!
It’s full uncanny valley. It looks _just_ similar enough to Magna’s regular animations that it’s not completely broken, but it’s also not quite there and just looks really off.

What i really like is when the turf war ends 1 or both Monsters turn to the hunter (or us who watch the video) like: You really think you get out of this without that i noticed you?
The Garangolm vs Malzeno one actually should've went down like that if it was real. On another video someone theorized that a Turf War between the two would complete the Rock Paper Scissors dynamic.
Tbh, I think I'd rather just see these as fights, lol. While it's impressive and cool that you managed to do this, I'm not really fond of copy-paste turf wars in the game itself anyway, and these don't even swap out vfx/sfx. It was nice to see the alternate turf wars for Magna because... well Magna has copy-pasted turf wars. But then these are also copy-pasted, lol. At least they're different copy-pastes. The Rathalos one worked better than the others imo.
I'm ngl it looks kinda bad they have to get set in the right animation positions and it doesn't look organic like world. However, to have as much as they do in rise that's built for the switch is pretty good regardless.

The first turf war b/w Luna and Magna was fake right? That was the exact animation + thunder of Zinogre when it does the turf war against Lunagaron. If it is real than I'm disappointed in Capcom for recycling the exact same thing although I don't think it was real since Magna always gets a flame during turf wars Edit: Nvm, it is indeed a mod. Good work tho
I have 700 hours in base Rise and the only two i saw was Magnamalo against Aknosm and the other time it was Magna again VS Barioth. In SunBreak i have over 100 hours and have yet to see one.

He is the weakest of the three lords, therefore it would be at the level of rathalos
