Thanks for crediting black women for the lash glue trick! Aunties have been doing this forever. My teachers warned us about this in esthetics school because the glue is not eye safe. If you are wild enough to use hair glue, please use a blow dryer to remove the lashes, heat loosens up the glue and then the natural lashes will be better preserved. If you're not wild enough to try this, a lash glue with a similar hold is Ebin brand. Love you and your videos Robert! 💛

The second girl who is using the small brush and layering over very careful areas, she is basically doing what a good photo retoucher will do to a photo when retouching skin by dodging and burning and colour correcting. I do it on photos so it is really cool to see it applied in real life too. It's not a quick process though!
I’ve never even considered using a tiny tiny brush to put on concealer/makeup. It’s reminiscent to glazing in oil paint or egg tempura, layering thinly in very small sections. It's absolutely great to see! I wish someone would tell me what to use exactly on my own skin, but I'm sure Google will be my friend 😉. But I'm certainly going to buy one of those tiny brushes for my undereye area and some hyperpigmentation spots!
The hacks with the concealer for the eye are really interesting! As someone with naturally pigmented eyes it seems like a perfect way to take advantage of something I’m usually trying to cover up.
That eye hack is done by Ankush Bahuguna. An Indian makeup enthusiast. Thank you Robert for choosing the video and appreciate his technique. Ankush thank you for teaching us the technique.
That guy who used his pigmentation as eye shadow is amazing! I thought I had seen every makeup tip ever. But he actually surprised me! And you can tell he’s an artist and not just copying other people. I need to look him up.
I was thinking the same thing. The people that are doing these “lip hacks” have had fillers or have big lips already. I’d love to see one with a person that has very thin lips. Saw no difference on her.
The constant false perfection on TikTok is bad for my mental health so I don't use it. I appreciate round up videos like this so much as it makes me feel like I'm not completely missing out!
That hack with the concealer around the eyes has blown my mind a little bit. Usually when people contour or highlight or whatever and say “see how this looks lifted” I’m like “… no?”. I actually noticed a difference in what that guy did. He’s won the internet for me today.
First of all, this eye look is 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 Robert! I loved the concealer video from Ankush, and the girl who did the color correction video at the beginning. I'm a visual artist but color theory is the same with painting. It's always essentially the color wheel opposite to neutralize so awareness of the individual nuances of skin tones are applicable in the same way I'd build tones and hues aesthetically in either context. 6:39 is how no make up make up really is to me.. This is how I do make up too. Not much product... Clean looking and so minimal. He did a very good job explaining things. Just Perfect for enhancing your features... 😍🤗
I CANNOT wait to try that concealer eyeshadow-less eye shadow trick!!
The first hack I had been doing for yearsssssssss but. I’m paying for it now. The state of my lashes are shocking….
These aren't hacks! These are detailed techniques from knowledgeable people. I have a 100% time for this in my life.
Couldnt stop looking at your purple eye makeup through out the whole video😊💜 the concealer hack looks great and the one with color correcting looked good too..i struggle with texture on blemishes and it can be very frustrating when putting on makeup.
That purple makeup looks incredible on you!💜
Luv the purple eyes 🥰
Thank you so much!! 🖤🖤
Omg! I saw the TikTok contour hack a few days ago and instantly thought of how Trixie Mattel might love it and how you might not be so keen 😅🤣
Literally one second in and my breath is taken away by your purple eyes. *swoon* 💜💜💜
I'm sorry, but that "Hi?" in the beginning has to be the cutest thing I have seen/heard in weeks 🥺
MY FAVORITE PART OF MY SUNDAY
I loved that concealer eyeshadow trick, I've never seen anything like it before!
I need that eye concealer trick drawn out as a diagram. 🤯
I can't do proper makeup looks but I love watching your videos for entertainment purposes 😅❤️
I'm a visual artist but color theory is the same with painting. It's always essentially the color wheel opposite to neutralize so awareness of the individual nuances of skin tones are applicable in the same way I'd build tones and hues aesthetically in either context. Robert- I'm new to your channel but your talents and skills are brilliant and only accentuated by your beautiful character- love your content💜
I love your makeup look, absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you!! 🖤🖤
We used to use brow and eyeliner pencils to outline our lips in the 70s all the time! YES, IM THAT OLD! We always blended it really well, but if you went to NYC, you'd see models and ballerinas with heavily lined lips with very light lipstick not blended at all. I thought it was fascinating.
I loveeee the concealer video!! It seems like a super great method for on set makeup artist who need their actors to look like they aren’t wearing makeup but still pop on screen. Filing that one away in my back pocket for the future
This was entertaining and informative as always. I just love watching you!
The concealer eye make up hack is awesome. Pure genius!!
Omg your eyes!! 😍😍 I need to look this glamorous!
The indian lad's techniques are also super usable for guys who want to improve/brighten their eyes but not wear "makeup" makeup, y'know? Good stuff!
Exactly!
