Hi Biff ! 'est un disque superbe !! Merci pour la dédicace ! Quel belle machine, je n'ai jamais vue d'Edison comme avec un pavillon comme sa, ni se reproducteur. Mais quel sons superbe! "California Remblers" est pour toujours un de mes orchestre favori! Seulement dans les 20's!!! Merci !! Sa me va droit au cœur !
Thanks again.
Awesome rendition!
Do it again, it's delightful!
Loved this presentation.Never saw a reproducer quite like that one.
Thanks for sharing this gem. As a schoolgirl I lived in a S.England hostel and in the common room was a pile of well worn ill cared for records (mainly male tenors) and a player similar to this. When the voice changed you had to rush and quick turn the handle - I loved it - probably where my interest in record and players originated.
Super!
Well done!
MAN YOU WORK MAGIC!
Sounds nice Biff. You've inspired me to upload some 78's!
Great post! Rollini plays a bass sax btw...
Thanjks
You did e fine job on this video.Love your introduction.By the way this is a different version version than mine off Columbia.
Do il again, I like it!
Oui, je l'aime beaucoup cette Edison, et je pence aussi a se "Poor old man" qui n'aimait pas le Jazz...
La version par OPSO est très hot aussi...
Thanks again.
Interesting to compare the California Ramblers version with the Little Ramblers recording of the same song
I think he met Sally!
Bro, you are so funny! Brilliant retort.
2reeler Abe Lincoln parece copiar a Kid Ory. Very Nice art work.
Nice tune……… but the Frankenphone is disappointing. Why couldn't you play it on an actual Edison machine?
Thanks again.
