Love em. Mine have been “tested” several times & are doing the job though the outside edges are no longer pretty.

At least they're stainless steel, so they won't rust or corrode over time. Also, if you contact us, we can provide powder coat touch up information. That way if you wanted to, you could easily and affordably get it close to looking like new!

Hey guys, what about doing a crash bars set for the 1250 GS Adventure ? I don't trust the original ones and I'm looking for some after market ones. Thanks for you good job, considering to buy a skid plate ;)
Hey Bravo! Ultimately our design cannot work with the adventure because of the oversized tank which would require completely new tooling and the adoption rate would not be large enough to offset the massive expense for it. But we are proud to say that our reinforcement bars do a substantial job to improve the performance of the OEM bars on the gsa. @t
Can the upper crash bars fit to stock lower bars for the 1250gs?
Yes you can use the AltRider Uppers with the OEM lowers on the GS model ONLY. Part Number for the upper bar R118-P-1001. You will also need an adapter kit, which is part# R119-9-1001.
