Washing fabric is a personal preference. I prefer to wash every piece of fabric, just to start out clean. After all the fabric has traveled the world and many hands have touched it. I like to take out the sizing. Ironing helps me know each piece of fabric also.
Amelia, we love you too!! ❤❤❤ good job running the business behind the scenes! It is a lot of work! You are a tremendous help to your mom. You can be in charge of Sales! And all of the specials on the website and the kits, etc. It is endless! Massive job!
Emily, we LOVE YOU as you are!! You are a bright, creative light! You are starting a massive business. That is why things are growing so fast and hard to keep up with it all. POSITIVE SELF TALK!!!!
Emily ? I just tried to order Raphael and the Supply kit but it did not give me a discount just before I hit the order button, so I did not order. Can you give us a code for a discount for ordering ?
Where do I go to purchase the essential supply bundle and the kits that if purchased to give another 15% off. I have searched and searched and can't find the site . Thanks
Head to CollageQuilter.com, and the supply bundle is available under "supplies," and the kits are under "kits." You can add any kit to your cart with a supplies bundle and the discount code will be automatically applied at checkout.
I just want to say this regarding fabric choice...in addition to bold vs safe, color is essential in my opinion. Your pillow is stunning because the colors echo throughout the collage, background, and borders. Bold fabric of the wrong colors just looks like a mess, in my opinion.
Emily, I don't mean to keep bothering you, but I wanted to tell you about my mom's twin chicks. Yes, they are identical. They are what I think one would call banty chicks. They are white with black tails. They are so beautiful, and mom hand feeds them corn bread in the morning. They jump up on her arm, and eat right out of her hand. They are precious. I have never seen twin chicken babies before. They both turned out to be males and just as cute as can be. Just a story for you since you are offering the roosters as kits. thank you again, Jeni.
Amelia nailed it when she spoke about being bold with color/fabric choices. It definitely levels up the projects.
I just love you and Amelia together. I have both of your books, and have done the roosters. I joined the prospective list of BOM! ❤❤❤
Emily, you have an artist brain! My friends tell me that I have the same. We are always thinking and creating in our minds! You are awesome! Thanks

Yes we will combine your orders and refund you for the extra shipping you paid!
Thank you very, very much. I truly appreciate your accommodations for me and for the rest of your customers. You are the BEST.@@CollageQuilter
Hola saludos desde Costa Rica
I need to find a way to be bold doing rhe cardinal. Any suggestions?
Interesting fabric is key!! I used some of Kaffe Fassett's "Millefiore" in red and it makes the biggest difference
