Because in section properties where we define/import sections there is an option of MATERIALS in which Fy/Fu already there.. Why we need to assign these as parameters ? Similarly Fc for concrete ...

But I m struck in my problem. i am designing a steech arch with 50 feet span on swimming pool the point is displaced by big margin . I dont know may be i m mistaking in units or something else. can give me some information for setting units and applying it carefully. Thanks in advance

You can change your "Base Unit" from the start up page. Just click File on the upper right, then Configure...
