Today we had a very solemn Holy Mass, after which we venerated the relic of St.Mary Magdalene. The relic was found in the room full of old things when the church tower was being repaired. All written proofs were found about its authenticity. I am very greateful for celebrating also my 25th spiritual birthday (baptism in the Holy Spirit). St. Mary Magdalene, intercede for us!
I read in the Poem of the Man God that she was Lazarus' youngest sister and when she was liberated she was reunited to her family and was a great consolation to Martha and Lazarus. Either way, she is my patron saint and has helped me through her intercession for years. Today is my Wedding Anniversary and it is no coincidence that I was married on her feast day. God is so great. She had all 7 capital vices, that’s what 7 demons means. ( Church Fathers) It’s the same woman per the fathers of the Church. She was Lazarus sister! Lazarus was expelled from the Pharisees because of Mary’s “wild” life. Their family was rich and Mary was licentious, but not a prostitute in the traditional sense. She was wealthy and beautiful, ( see Maria Valtorta, Poem of the Man God) and moved with the rich, powerful and famous of her day, until she saw and heard Christ speak and that started her conversion which became more impassioned than her prior life of hedonism.
All this debate over poly and monothieism... Monothiestic people allegedly only believe in God and one God as the creator, yet pray to Jesus, Mary, the saints, the angels... then those same people disagree with the Hindu deity hierarchy without looking at any sense of parallelism, some of Christianity deities were human to begin with, like Buddhism and Hinduism. Lets not forget religion started because of levitation.
