Could be that it’s following you. There are so many good deliverance prayers. This home one is a definite go to. But I’d say do the prayers at night before bed since they are attacking your sleep. Go to mass, get the sacrament. And go to confession. They should leave you alone after.

Dear people please watch the common lights events and traffic surrounding you sometimes. I have seen it so many times,when you have blinds in your windows the light can break through causing light phenomena like this,especially from the cars passing by. I totally belive in spiritual life,but lets not see it in normal events,it make us look as naive and stupid. Beside we don't have to see it,God designed us not to see it in full in this life so lets not serch for it. I'm staying at my sister's house. She passed away in July. She was a God- fearing woman, so I can't figure out why they are here. I had some bad issues where I live in NYC with demons trying to get me, but I declare my love for God and it subsides. Here recently, they have been shaking my bed at night and attacked me in my sleep. I'm trying your prayers today.
Could be that it’s following you. There are so many good deliverance prayers. This home one is a definite go to. But I’d say do the prayers at night before bed since they are attacking your sleep. Go to mass, get the sacrament. And go to confession. They should leave you alone after.
Call out to Jesus and pray. Are there unholy items in the house?
