Maybe there’s a burr or something on the switch that goes between the two. I would operate the switch back-and-forth a few hundred times see if it fixes it.

...mine is throwing 2 back at the same time with the remington slugs, critical defense no problems, only the first 2 left side.

i have one, haven't shot it yet, how is the recoil in your opinion.
Basically, no recoil. If you’re used to shooting a 410, it might be a little more than normal because it’s so light God bless
I would compare the recoil to a video game controller vibrating when you shoot in a game. For real, not even exaggerating.
What were the slugs in the green box that locked up the gun?
Those were BPS slugs it looks like. which is weird, my range only has those slugs, and they worked fine in my KSG410
That BPS ammo is horrendously bad. It malfunctioned out of all my .410s - Henry, AR15, Silver Eagle and my KelTec.
