Dagoth Ur Helps You Pick A Skym Quest Mods. Probably one of the most extensive lists on here. I tried my best not to be biased, but there are some mods I liked more than the others. This is not a Tier List, but a regular list. If you would like a Tier List let me know.
The Mods mentioned here are:
Beyond Skyrim: Bruma
Vigilant
Glenmoril
The Forgotten City
Clockwork
Rigmor of Bruma
Mirai
Curse of Akavir
Skyrim Romance Mod
Skygerfall
Medieval Hero of Gallowmere
Legacy of the Dragonborn
Moon and Star
The Final Cataclysm
The Dark Brotherhood of Old
Enderal
Falskaar
and many many other Quest Mods that you know and love. This mod list is based on the Mods that can be found on this channel. There are several quest mods that I either missed or did not play, but I am willing to give them a chance. This Mod was made thanks to Eleven Labs. This was an amazing experience, but it took a long time to make.
Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim, and generally the Elder Scrolls Series are my favorites, and it is an honor that I get to make videos about this universe.

I still remember my first time playing through Forgotten City...
I can't believe I got it right the very first time lmao
Amazing
So this quest mod got so popular that they actually made a whole game you can get right now as a standalone title off steam. Its not following Elder Scrolls lore but rather Greek Mythology I believe. It has new content as well. I would check it out when you can.
I caught wind of it, I think late last year
So good made its own game and i love it
The many shall suffer, for the sins of the one
Project AHO honors the 6th house and tribe un mourned, its a great throwback to a very beloved game
Yes, Lord Dagoth.
Yes, Lord Dagoth
Yes, Lord Dagoth.
Yes, Lord Dagoth.
@@Combustible_lemon Yes, Lord Dagoth.
Yes, Lord Dagoth!
I’ll never forget the experience of playing Vigilant for the first time. The first three acts are great compared to most quest mods, but nothing too crazy. The final act, however, was a masterpiece. It changed my entire outlook on life and morality.
God that quest mod was amazing
Every opportunity to hit Molag Bal is great
don't know how it changed your outlook on life and morality lmao. I had no clue what was happening the entire time. Still peak and the best skyrim mod tho.
@@kir0726 Going through the memories of those that had fallen to Molag Bal and showing them what could have been had they leaned into kindness. Call it interpretative, but it was like I was redeeming their souls and helping them come to terms with events that traumatized and shaped them, not to mention the overall message of allowing yourself to be compassionate and vulnerable. Also yeah I had no clue what was happening most of the time too, but god was it great.
Dude I was not ready for ACT 4, playing through acts 1,2,3 I thought "okay the 4th act is gonna be like a short sandbox style arena fight or whatever with a few big bosses" I've never been more glad to be wrong.
Moon and Star, even though its the shortest mod on here by a *mile* its honestly my favorite.
You can feel the love for Morrowind's lore and the suprise cameo by the Nerevarine was a *treat*
(I also love that:
A) The Nerevarine stays in Skyrim to act like a mentor type characters as he relates to the Dragonborn, having been in his shoes long ago and gives advice where he can.
B) He is *fittingly* OP, or at least as much as Skyrim's unmodded combat & magic system allows him to be)
I also LOVE that he uses the recall spell (even though it's just scripted). It's such a fun callback to the fact that once, teleportation magic was possible, and even common.
@JRexRegis Mark Recall was one of the first mods I have ever seeked out while playing Skyrim.
The Wheels of Lull is a quasi-sequel to Sotha Sil Expanded, which is a grand and intoxicating mod for Morrowind.
Legacy of the Dragonborn is getting a sequel: Odyssey of the Dragonborn. It takes place after the Main Questline and is planned to add ~8 new zones outside of Skyrim. The first location is the Isle of Balfiera, located in the Niben Bay between Hammerfell and Highrock. IIRC, the next location will be in Morrowind, in and around the Red Mountain. Maybe we’ll get a Daddy Dagoth easter egg or two…
That would be so cool.
If It ever gets finished, that is. They're still at Balfiera, but it does look really impressive.
You mean the Iliac Bay. The Niben Bay is in the middle of Cyrodiil.
I saw leaked model of Mask of Dagoth Ur about 2 years ago, so I guess. Also, Umbra is somehow in High Rock, it was near Old Hroldan in previous versions of Legacy, but author moved it into Oddyssey for some reason...
I remember Moon and Star. I love that mod, really fills you with nostalgia.
And the voice acting was top notch too, underrated, dare I say.
The one thing I would change is make the nerevarine a companion
Lord Dagoth, you must certainly give Beyond Reach a try! A beautifully crafted new worldspace with a dark and disturbing storyline very reminiscent of the Witcher!
Moon and star is the only one that honors thr 6th house and Tribe unmourned
Literally
@@ZakeandZach hahahah yew good choice Lord Dagoth
I remember the first time I played Vigilant (not knowing much about the mod) I got to act 4 whilst only 24. It was definitely an experience XD. Still one of my favourite quest mods for the lore, horror elements and overall challenge
Haven't played Wheels of Lul? Seriously, what the hell.
Also, becoming lich in Undeath was great. It followed the process *very* closely, required deduction as well as legwork, and had two awesome lairs for working on becoming a lich. Not to mention a great new merchant.
0:50 didn't expect a R.O.B & R.O.C reference
The Second Great War mod is a good one, so is Wyrmstooth. Saints and Seducers Extended Cut is a good example of turning Creation Club into a compelling DLC.
Wyrmstooth was lacking for me, didn't exactly leave me feeling fulfilled
@@kharjo8099 That's fair, but I still love the mod, nonetheless. I know the main quest of Wyrmstooth is kinda short, but still had its moments. There will be updates for it time and time again.
I keep launching new playthroughs before I do Second Great War. And I need to do it.
A couple of mods I'd love for you to review are Beyond Reach (my personal favorite), Maids ll Deception, Darkend, Gray Cowl of Nocturnal, and Wyrmstooth
Playing the Gray Cowl inadvertently caused me to create a Speedster build. I have a disenchant everything mod.
Gray Cowl mod had the glorious return of the boots of springheel jack which is an wicked speed boost.
Beyond Reach the Knight light armor has sprint for 3 seconds increases speed and also enemy power attacks slow down time.
I put all 3 on one pair it was truly OP but fun.
Then I don't even know what mod added it but got another enchantment called Cushion which negates fall damage
Later I got blink teleport spell which makes up for still not having great jumping abilities.
Overall the Gray Cowl mod is fun but I recommend downloading all of the mods that enhance it. I tried the AI voice pack but next time want to try the one done by new VAs
Great to see Legacy of the Dragonborn mod on this video!! I have so many patches installed to add more displays to the museum such as Oblivion Artifacts, Immersive Armor, Heavy Armory and Skyrim Unique Treasures. Soooo much items to donate... :)
I love a good quest mod review. Dagoth Ur is doing a great service to Nirn.
There is a spiritual successor to the forgotten city mod. Called The Forgotten City. That continues the story where the mod in Skyrim ended.
Edit: It's also made by the same person.
I just “finished” Glenmoril last night. Legit was in shambles. I’ve never had a video game, much less a mod, get me genuinely emotionally invested in the story. Stupid kajiit. Really good balance of humor and pitch black darkness
You also have Unslaad from the Vigilant and Glenmoril author. It's shorter than Vigilant but it's finished unlike Glenmorial.
2:50 holy PTSD flashbacks, I still can't get over that part 😢
This presentation honors the 6th House and Tribe Unmourned.
Also Lord Dagoth. You are a god. How can you (make) overpower a god? What a Grand and Intoxicating Modesty.
Looking forward to reviews of College of Winterhold mods. I wanna see what actually meets Voryn's high standards.
When Lord Dagoth calls you N'wah 🥴🤤
Yes, lord Dagoth. I am currently honoring the 6th house and tribe unmourned 🙏
Yes, Lord Dagoth!
And i wish there was an ending to Morrowind which lets me side with you. Would make a good mod.
Thank you for this sermon, Lord Dagoth! I will have more playthroughs with this knowledge. Praise the Sixth House and the Tribe Unmourned
some of these mods I've never heard wow, thanks for vid and recommendations
Finally some unbiased mod reviews. How could you 'forget about the forgotten city' indeed, lol.
Thank you for exposing me to final cataclysm, I hate puzzles and platforming.
Gray Cowl of Nocturnal and Beyond Reach are interesting as well.
The Elder scrolls quest series, wrymstooth, faction pitfighteer (and faction pitfighter travels), agent of righteous might, fight against the thalmor series, gray cowl of nocturnal, dwemertech, wheels of lull, spectraverse, the void walker, salem, pirates of skyrim, civil war overhaul, the lost wonders of mzark, moonpath to elseweyr, and summerset isle are all good to great mods ou forgot to mention that I personally really enjoyed.
I recommend unslaad its made by vicn the guy who made vigilant and serves as the finale (kind of) to the three mods and its getting updated with a finale....finale lol its fun but not nearly as long as its siblings.
The best thing from falsskar I feel is vanvir’s masterpiece it’s the warhammer you find for the blacksmith in the amber river town
Explore Warden of the Coast. It is acool hat tip to Dragon Age and has a lot of depth to it.
I mean…the one mod that lets you spare Parthurnaxx springs to mind.
Those aren't really quest mods as they are player choice mods
@@highlordlaughterofcanada8685 Ah. I thought it counted since it edited a quest.
@@Ubersupersloth It'd have to basically recreate the quest in a brand new way and do more than: Save life with dialog to be considered a quest mod
Not bad, I've played most of these and broadly agree. You should do another video rating modded followers like Inigo. I added a recent one called Remiel and her extra content is pretty fun if you like checking out dwemer ruins. The creator of Wheels of Lull also made a goofy follower named Bhruce Hammar, and threw in a bunch of amusing quests with him once you travel together long enough
Wheels of Lull is like getting the all the obscure lore articles from UESP blasted in your face and it's great.
If you are a deep Elder Scrolls lore hipster or want to become one, Wheels of Lull is fantastic, although some levels are very rough around the edges, and one of them requires you to be good at stealth, so level up stealth to a few dozen before taking on the quests.
"Yes, Lord Dagoth."
- Filthy N-wah
this was a great list and I just recently found your channel, loving the content
Very much have these on repeat, thank you Daddy Dagoth.
honestly i prefer these mod videos over the tier list ones
XamMaximus - The Prototype's Deception - ACT II is the best dungeon mod I've ever seen, though the dungeon is dark and the there are no quest markers, the well design and maaaaaaasive dungeons with great environment deserves everyone to play it.
Love these dagoth ur videos lmao
Thanks Dagoth Ur for recommending The final cataclysm.
alot of people hate on the rigmor series, i think as far as skyrim mods goes its pretty up there in quality
The plot might be a bit cheesy, but it is very high quality
thank you, hopefully a new mod would be created that cherishes the memory of the tribe unmourned
No wyrmstooth or Skyrim extended cut: saints and seducers?? Those two and legacy of the Dragonborn are my favorite.
I might have to update it
I am very hyped for skyblivion my lord I will make sure your ash zombies live forever
Sacrosanct - Vampires of Skyrim and Legacy of the Dragonborn!
Thank you for the Recommendation Daddy
Where's the one quest mod to rule them all?! Where's "There is no Umbra"?! It gets you a flaming greatsword that is super fast, eats souls, and talks. It's not just a weapon, it's a follower and a vehicle too. You can ride it and it hovers in the air at probably 20m/s. And the choices in the quest dictate whether you get Umbra as a normal sword, a good living sword in love with your dragonborn or evil living sword that uses your character as a puppet for the rest of the playthrough. There's an internal struggle between her evil self Umbra and her good self Daumbra and your choices during the story are meant to guide her through it. It tests your morality and if you're not good and strong enough you end up as Umbra's puppet and will never be able to equip another weapon besides her. You'll become one with her like her previous wielders from the previous Elder Scrolls installments.
P.S. maybe try Moonpath to Elsewere and The Lost Wonders of Mzark for more quest mods. Might like those.
Yes Lord Dagoth!
I’m probably a bit late but I do want to see what Dagoth Ur would think of M’rissi’s tails of trouble. While the protagonist is a Khajit, they are fight the mongrel dogs of the empire.
Dagoth ur you should rank follower mods
Wheels of Lull is a really good mod, though sometimes it doesn't play well with other quest mods and the initiating quest tends to break. Technically, its part of a mod anthology:
Blackreach Railroad
Brhuce Hammar: Legacy
Aethernautics: A Space Travel Mod
The Lost Wonders of Mzark
Fyr Manor
Dwemer Spectres
The Wheels of Lull
Personally I am not big on Blackreach Railroad or Aethernautics, because they feel... Out of place immersion-wise even if the lore makes sense and doesn't technically break canon.
Though, Wheels of Lull is a perfectly fine standalone experience.
What a grand and intoxicating list!
i enjoyed Beyond Reach
Yes, lord Dagoth.
Rebuild Helgen.
I like this idea.
I don’t have a PC,XBOX, or PS so I can’t download it.
Bummer.
But enough about me.
Does it use the Hearthfire DLC mechanics?
Yes, Lord Dagoth!
We need a akavir mod
yes lord Dagoth!
Yes, Lord Dagoth
Hm... Darkend was kind of a cool mod. VERY Dark Souls like atmosphere wise. However.... The difficulty is kind of ludicrous on Legendary. Enemies are damage spongey as Hell. And will one shot you unless you have UNREASONABLY high health.
Also, a somewhat underrated mod I found was "Unremarkable Cave". Don't let the name fool you, it has some interesting bosses within it. And some neat loot. Including a power that uses stamina, and increases damage the more stamina you have if I recall.
...Also, shoutout to the saving Miraak mod. I'll admit, I DON'T like how you have to bend will him. It gets a bit too mind breaky for my liking, if I had modding knowledge, I'd change how you redeem him.... But then the mod almost seems to forget you did Bend Will on him, he goes off of his own accord to "set things right", and then you can recruit him. (Also, it never wears off. So... I feel like he stayed good of his on free will.)
I'll admit, I like his personality when he's on your side. He still acts like a smartass occasionally. When you get low on health, he says "I thought you were stronger than this". Kind of gives him a friendly rival vibe.... You can also marry him. (Which I did as a joke, but then actually kinda legit liked it for the character I was playing....)
Aside from obvious mods like Inigo, and Lucian. (Both of which have quests... Lucian's being actually pretty cool.) That's all I have.
Yes, lord dagoth
Yes, lord Dagoth
Dagoth ur meets the Emperor of Man from 40K or Karl Franz.
Wyrmstooth is alright, I guess. It's basically just going to do dragonborn stuff on an island with a band of mercs who really aren't that helpful. While I like the idea of owning my own castle, the orc guards I hired hurt my confidence whenever I walk near them. Seriously guys, please send help. I tried to fire these N'wahs but they aren't leaving and I am genuinely scared.
another instant classic. chef's kiss
Yes Lord Dagoth
But Lord Dagoth, I'm in the middle of playing Morrowind.
And inose cried two times first time when he reliaze he had to battle angist his own brother and the secend time when he played gothic orpehus
Oof
could you do a best elder scrolls mods that use eleven labs list?
YES -DADDY- LORD DAGOTH!
Tools of kagrenac was a fun quest mod for me way better than the creation club version in my opinion
Yes Daddy Dagoth sir
Yes lord dagoth
Yes Lord dagoth
He Said weapons and armor for the final cataclysm, but all I got were weapons, spells and a bunch of dope powers
Edit: did I miss the amor,? I got the three weapons, do I need to craft it ?or use the artonach forge thing?
Still waiting for Skyblivion :D
@9:32 let's goooooooooo!
Lord dagoth purger of the n'wah mongrels of the empire there is a mod called old blood which is a post dawnguard expansion could you review it
I'll keep it in mind
@@ZakeandZach thank you lord dagoth
Do modded followers next and honor the 6th House, you s'wit!
It's upsetting how you barely spoke about Enderal. It's pretty much a separate game on its own built on Skyrim's engine with mostly Skyrim's assets. Own massive map, side quests, guilds, etc. I played it 3 times, each time it took me ~80 hours to complete everything. Enderal is truly the best Skyrim mod and NOTHING even comes close to it and probably never will.
I'll have to finish playing it
My thoughts exactly, he spent a lot of time talking about fucking RIGMOR but Enderal was sorta handwaved. It's not ES, I get, but it's still an amazing mod, honestly one of my favorite games , period. Though he explaining he hasn't finished does gives a lot of context to why he didn't give it much praise.
@@murilocorrea9360 I'll make a separate vid about Enderal
@@ZakeandZach this is how you honour the 6th house and the tribe unmourned!
yes lord dagoth
Ugh, playing Rigmor of Bruma made me feel....dirty :D Falskaar is still great
At least Lord Dagoth doesn't like Skyrim Romance Mod 😂 That thing is horrendous and i can't believe the author has the audacity to call it "LORE FRIENDLY"
Yes, lord Dagoth.❤
Yes Mr. Dagoth
Hey why no love for Beyond Reach?
I need to play that one
@@ZakeandZach You're going to love it. I miss my boy, Jackos. Ulkarin is the best wingman ever. Reamon is a top lad.
yes daddy dagoth
There Is No Umbra is a great mod
How about a separate list of console mods? Since some aren’t available on console?
Sure, I can do that
Rigmor of bruma and cyrdodil is the authors poorly disguised fetish
Of?
Also Id like to point out that Rigmor is a good mod however her clingy attitude sometimes annoys my gigachad dunmer dragonborn Sometimes I want to send her to oblivion and worse part is you cant tell her she's and N'wah and complains while you do everything, that lack of dialouge options DOES NOT Honor the 6th house and Tribe unmourned however my Gigachad Dunmer Dovahkiin takes it out on all enemies and the fights are kinda fun but Rigmor is an N'wah cant wait for RoT to come out maybe then she will finally be less dependant on my Dragonborn because I feel like im her therapist than a literal Demi-God gigachad. But good mod add a few of gore mods and you can really kick it up a notch. Praise the 6th house and the tribe unmourned.
My character was literally Gigachad
She needs lots of therapy
@@ZakeandZach she needs Dagoth's walktrough on how to not be an n'wah and p.s my charachters are almost always gigachad
Wait clockwork was a horror mod?
Lord Dagoth, are these ps5 mods?
