Helo. I'm a beginner of RC and I got a BRX01 with LC70 hardbody and recently I ordered a rear leaf spring sets and should I just use the original damper shocks with taking out the springs out of them?
Every time I see that RC car I think it looks like a modern Tamiya bruiser clone. Just with much better shocks and carbon frame rails. Plus the more I see of them the more I would like one even at the high price, and the large amount of duties I would likely have to pay to import one to the UK.
Looks good...but, I'm curious about something. Since CF rails can't be used in a C1 comp rig, can the BRX01 rails be used with the leaf spring version of the BRX02? I know that the BRX01 has a chassis length of 462mm, and wheelbase of 313mm, while the BRX02 has a chassis length of 528mm, and wheelbase of 334mm...but, I just want to know if the aluminum rails from the BRX01 could be used on the BRX02, instead of the CF rails. If so, then it would be possible to turn the BRX02 w/ leaf springs into a C1 comp rig.
@@RCReviewChannel Well...you do have both...so, how about a quick "test", to see if the BRX01 aluminum rails can be used on the BRX02 leaf spring kit, be and what the wheelbase would be?
I didn't know because of the carbon rails it cant be used in certain class comps but that's a good thing. Comp trucks look like toys when they are driven whereas this is a scale model. I don't like the carbon rails but glad they put them there and probably for that reason. There needs to be a new comp class, drive unrealistically and you lose points.
Great video. But I honestly have a custom built TF2 marlin crawler that out flexes a 4 link custom built TF2 marlin crawler. Anytime you want to see it let me know, I'll let you check it out and crawl it
Nice car and quite expensive. Just doesn't look realistic when driving them. At least the LC70 version. Hope the Landy has more heft to it, the LC70 drives like a 1/18th toy.
Great class 1 vehicle apart from can't use the chassis rails 🤦🏻♂️ tbh I think most people would be using it for scale rather than performance and comps
You know few months ago when I got into crypto trading i lost over $19,590.00then I got hooked up with Mr Charles 2weeks ago now 90% of my lost are gained back from his help am really grate full Mr Charles.....
Was just drooling over the 1:1 Spectre Defender!
Right? Very cool rig that they destroyed!
Excited to see this all together and running!
It's gonna be crazy good.
Really excited for the build. Love the Classic Defender Body and this platform looks soooo scale.
It feels so right so far.
Great video! Francis und Neil = FUN.
good energy!
I NEED one of these ASAP!!
Neil is awesome builder! Should do video following Neil on comp events! Bet his rigs are amazing 🤩
Realy sweet job👌😃
Thank you sir!
Neil, the mad scientist of crawlers, where the scientific and terrifying emerge 🧟🧟♀
This thing is built perfectly and the completion will be insanely good.
Can't wait to see it with the Spectre body!
We're in search of the right rope for the hood.
@@RCReviewChannel when you find the rope please tell us as I'm struggling as well
@@RCReviewChannel try in art and craft places. The got yarns that look like miniature rope.
Another good vid Frances keep it going mate👍👍👍
For sure!!!!!
Keep the videos coming!
Awesome chassis 😍
We're blown away so far.
A Ford or Chevy body would be awesome too !
Yes, most definitely!
How do you make a protective frame around the body? Tubing? Or full concerns

Yeah I want to see a metal frame and open/locking differential axles and I would buy it 👍
Yup. Locking diffs though, I haven't seen anyone execute aside from Traxxas.

Nnooooiiiiiiiiicccceeeee!!! 👏
exactly what i said.
Can this setup be used on another rig? Thanks
Super cool car. It has not come to Denmark yet. Do not know if it will come or if when.
good luck.
IRL The LC79 Has leaf rears and coil-over for the front.
Ciao, have I seen well, there is a second output shaft in the transfer box? what is it for?
No purpose. Some kits allow moving it to the other side IMHO.
@@RCReviewChannel ok thank you!

Most c2 comp rigs have carbon rails...
@@mickd8188 Oops...typo on my part, and since corrected. Meant C1, not C2.
was just wondering that

Hy dude I like ur video's I watch evry one ,but I think Rcrun Lc80 is way more scale than this one I have one and I like it 👌
Hope Boom Racing fixed the clearance for the 4th front attachment. The flange nut will not fit.
Details on that?
Mind blown, that steering angle looked steaper then a 2 wheel drive tractors steering angle. I cant believe those axles don't bind.
Amazing. Tires spin freely too at that angle. It'll be better than a full scale Defender!

Nice. You in the Bay Area?
Why does the wheel move abnormally after installation? i am BRX01 🙏🏻
Not sure. Is it a tire alignment issue or a wheel?
@@RCReviewChannel Is it a tire alignment issue🙏🏻🥲

Agreed. Many more scale than comp IMHO.
love it but not worth 1100$ cad😮
The carbon rails ruined that truck unfortunately.
Perhaps for some.... but it's what will double + its sales
Super cool man well-done....Am thinking of getting into crypto investment crypto is indeed the future so i could raise money to own my own company.
