Mine is in tomorrow! Can't wait!!! (Still can't believe I allowed myself to get sucked in but, such is life!) Btw, nice to see you join the 1st Legion! I've been playing Dark Angels in 40k for almost 30 years! So naturally I am playing them in 30k!
Awesome! I love the first born character models so I think it'll be a fun army for 40k too.
Saw the boxes and the books at the LGS on Thursday. They were rearranging the shelves to display the merch. The box weighs a ton. They weren’t allowed to sell anything until Saturday. I reckon I’ll be queued up around ten am or so waiting for the store to open 😀.

My stuff will arrive today! Can't wait. If you choose Dark Angels Lee you won't be able to use the same models in 40k, the colours are completely different and the weaponry the 1st Legion had access to was gone by 40k. That's if you're bothered about lore, if not fill your boots.
My mate use his 30k iron warriors in 40k , we just say during the Heresy this particular company was on route to Terra as loyalist marines and because of chaos warp storms they were spat out back into material space in the current timeline , so you could easily apply this logic to any legion, obviously some weapons have no 40k rules like volkite weapons etc but you can just use them as more powerful bolters use intercessor rules for those squads the extra AP representative of the more powerful shot of standard bolters.

I finally ordered my HH Age of Darkness set and the Hertic Book. I got an amazing! deal 190 Euro including shipping it is normally 190! for the box alone and around 230ish for the book included and that is before shipping. Wuw!! I will be doing Word Bearers and I will also be printing stuff off for a second army (100% printed) minis by a creator called "thatevilone" perfect for Empeors Children 🙂also will fill out my word bearers army over time with mostly printed guys. Going to come up with a plan for loadouts for my army and print any weapons and bits off I will need. (axes for sure ha) Thanks for this bud :-)

Can't wait to get mine in hand. Can't decide to paint as one army or 2. I do know I am going Raven Guard for at least half. Maybe all of them.

I've ordered the terminators and beakies from TT, I don't want the box at all.
Had it had an Armoured Proteus alongside both the Dread and the Spartan I might well have considered picking it up (although to state the obvious, GW would charge an awful lot more!). As for marines I am slightly annoyed that they are a tiny bit out of scale, shame GW doesn't want to scale everything the same, or as it should be. As for criticism of the MKVI it should come with full weapon options, similar to the MKIII and the MKIV, so a missed opportunity.

All's quiet on the Heresy front...lol. Lee must be taking time to play with his new toys ...lol...Not that I'm jealous...I don't do jealousy (much 😡😡😡 lol), I'll just go & build some old primaris kits I've not built yet...10 days til I get my KT Moroch & new Gravis Captain with chainsword, have you painted yours yet Lee..?
My fingers are now sore from building haha I've primed all the Moroch models and will paint the Space Marines with the Horus Heresy models. Also still working on my Imperial Guard project, so it's all go! Not long to wait, have fun when you get it!

I have ordered mine and it is on lay away. Will be picking it up soon so i can get started on it. It is a very cool box and i am already working on doing one page rules version battle reports on this. Naturally i will be playing regular HH games with friends, but for my channel, i am sticking to OPR :-). Thanks for the video mate 👍

I'm looking forward to playing The Horus Heresy as well unfortunately I don't have Da teef for Da age of Darkness box so have to wait for the starters box and for my very first Space Marine Legion and Army I'm going with the Ultramarines the 13th Legion great video Lee as always and don't forget the Emperor protects.

The book looks as if it could be a worthy weapon in a game of cluedo...how long do you think it'll take you to build Lee..? Bearing in mind you've just built KT Moroch..? On that note, how far on are you with KT..?
It's a shame that the box didn't ship with 'bare bones' rules for either Sons of Horus and Fists, just to add more flavour to each side. Missed opportunity.
I've built everything except 2 units of tactical marines that I'll keep until I get hold of some special weapons. Moroch is primed and I'll paint the Space Marines with the HH models all in black.
That would have been great.
