  • Walk with me as I explore Eskdale, Stanley Ghyll Force Waterfall, and Eel Tarn in The Lake District. I talk through the features seen on the way and points of interest, such as St. Catherine’s church and Eskdale mill, in Boot, Cumbria to give you an idea of things to do in the Lake District. This is one of my favourite Lake District waterfalls and is the perfect day out for a waterfall hike.
I live in the Lake District and I love to showcase the beauty of this area. Stanley Ghyll Force is a waterfall near me and a stunning site to visit, during a walking holiday in the Lake District, National Park. In this Lake District vlog, we’ll see the iconic Herdwick sheep, Lake District fells, the River Esk, Lakeland woodland walks, Stanley Ghyll, Boot, and pubs in Eskdale. I travelled over the Wrynose Pass and Hardknott Pass to get there, but there are also alternative routes such as via Coniston. This is certainly one of my favourite Lake District walks to date and hopefully will give you inspiration for your own Lake District hiking adventures.
