ግን ከብቸኝነት ዘወትር መሸሽ ለኑሮ ጤናማ አካሄድ ላይሆን እንደሚችል ተገንዝቤያለሁ እና ብቻችንን ሆነን ጊዜ ማሳለፍን መቀበል ምን ያህል የአዕምሮ ጤንነት እና ስሜታዊ ደህንነታችንን ሊያሻሽልን እንደሚችል ተምሬያለው።
