Picking up a low teir pay driver for the reserve slot can be extremely useful. Especially if you know you'll get promoted soon as their payments will increase but wage will remain the same. I think getting drivers with high sponsorship potential is the best strategy though. Especially starting out. Even if they are 1 or 2 star drivers, you gotta max out sponsorship asap.
A great point! Marketability is the name of the game for sponsorships, and upgrading to drivers with a high value in this stat can mean a whole star or more improvement for the team.
You have no idea how Useful your videos are. They have better quality than many large youtubers. You are funny and proffesional, and you deserve much more subs! Love you bro ❤
i my opinion the BEST strategy to get money is actualy to loose and dont build anything for few years and being last. having shitty staff, shitty drivers and gain money for few years to reach your optimal budget (around 300 Millions) to build all HEADQUARTER and engage your new professional drivers/staff. and only then you can build new legendarious parts for your car and win championship in 1-2 years. all this must be done in F3 because you cant go below F3.
Faster way to improve Note: It's may risky, but once it work your team will become WMC Champion in 7 years from back marker of ERS Car with high-risk for next year, easy difficulty, normal starting balance and great drivers required ERS Factory Lv.2 2nd season Design Centre Lv.2 Tour Centre 3rd season Factory Lv.3 APS Factory Lv.4 WMC Design Centre Lv.3 Next year No HQ upgrade 3rd Season Road Car Factory(after you become 1st and in case if balance starts to decrease from next season)
I'm a strong proponent of the Factory, it's one of the best upgrades for your HQ! The lack of the Test Track in your build for engine upgrades is a little concerning, however. And if your goal is to win as quickly as possible, the Road Car Factory is an investment you don't need, as it won't pay for itself nearly fast enough. Better to use that money on car parts or staff, imo.
@@Gubaji 1. Even without test track, it took 7 years on game. So it would be okay I think 2. Road Car Factory adds serious pressure to balance as you said. So I've built them after become 1st team in WMC. 3. During raceday, temporal staffs lose about 2 second in simulationus pit stop, doesn't worth to pay 2000000 per mechanics at most imo. 4. Same goes to lead engineer as advantage of 16~20 is useless in higher league, especially WMC.
I cant even get out of last place every race xD i still love this game, this is my Achilles game, i have no clue wtf im doing but its still fun to play :P
Build engines, invest in drivers, pit before your tyres hit cliff. You may want to check out my Chasing the Checker series to see me do it myself, if you haven't seen it yet! Good luck and thanks for commenting!
I had to hire 2 chicks as my drivers, and needless to say they crashed into everything, crashed into each other, crashed on the pace lap n left me bankrupt, typical woman.. cant drive n takes all your money, i fired one of em tho after my manager tapped dat azz then welfare motorsports inc went under and the rest of the crew went back to sellin dope n flippin burgers. Game is tough.
I had one driver who was incredible and another that was pretty good. Needless to say the season was tight, both my drivers needed a top ten in the last races each to win the champoinship. The good one won both races. The alright one crashed both races. I lost the championship by 4 points. The good driver won the driver champoinship. He then decided the team wasn't good enough for him and left. Now after coming second I am coming 7th with 2 sub par drivers. It is very tough

I have the added challenge of trying to get old william evans to win a race so as of yet no pay drivers still got the default 4 seasons in at predator
Oof! Taking the road less traveled, eh? Those guys aren't good.
@@Gubaji yeah they are really bad they both don't enjoy racing it seems which negatively impacts their stats.
Kurt Kruger, South Africa... Lekker Man.
Now time to make it into REALITY
Like in Reality, not like in game...
If only real life was this easy, eh? :P
Gubaji has us calculating race/$ and they're over here proving the best info/minute. Great stuff.
Glad you found the video helpful!
Any list for cheap pay drivers with high marketability?
I don't have one on-hand, probably one somewhere on the internet, though.
