It was actually pretty spot on. Look up Brittish maritime admiralty law. Pretty much every court room has a flag with gold frenge which simbolizes the authority of British meritime admiralty law. The reason why it applies is because we are all born of water (our mother's womb). In short its the law of the water and we are born of water wich makes us subject to it if we pass the bar in a court room we acknowledge the authority of that court.
