2 cups milk
6 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
12 slices of bread
2 tbsp butter for frying

I added my own adjustments. I was only cooking for one so I cut the recipe in half. My son ended up eating too so I didn’t have to save left overs. I added vanilla and a dash of sugar to the egg wash
I also add some brown sugar when I make it. Glad you little guy cleaned it up!!

When I make it I use some organic vanilla ice cream to replace
the milk I let it thaw, then incorporate my eggs ,salt nutmeg, cinnamon and some lemon/orange zest. I garnish with berries and some orange slices
