Man These videos are so educational and fun because they are informative and user friendly for those of us that are .... shall we say .... slower learners.Thank you Phil keep it up!!!
I'm really pleased with the upgrades to my trashcan Mac Pro - 64 GB of RAM, a 2 TB NVMe SSD, a 3 GHz TEN-CORE CPU, and a Radeon Pro 580 eGPU - but I keep my Mac Pro, and most of my vintage Intel Macs, at 10.14 Mojave for the 32-bit application support.
@@heywhatisnext Thank you! I'm particularly pleased about the CPU upgrade. Not only was the CPU I installed never offered by Apple, but it's better-value than Apple's official configurations. You could order a 3 GHz Mac Pro from Apple, but with eight cores, while the 3 GHz CPU I installed has ten cores. :)
@@heywhatisnext Thank you! As others have pointed out, the original cheesegrater and 2019 cheesegrater Mac Pros are both upgradeable and expandable. The 2013 Mac Pro is very upgradeable but not expandable (internally, at least), and the 2023 M2 Ultra Mac Pro is expandable (you can add new I/0, storage and special cards) but not upgradeable at all, as the CPU, GPU and RAM are all fixed in the SoC.

That is a nice thing about the Mac Pro 2013--it's upgradability! You have one sweet system setup. Thanks for watching.

Totally agree. I love the design and it works well for my YT episodes.
I've done the same thing twice and found google chrome totally useless. blank screen when it loads. Have you had this happen?
Thanks for watching. Yes, I’ve had this issue. The fix is located here: github.com/dortania/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/issues/1145
