Most of these RTM power nation videos were made and paid for a decade ago. And, since so many people have walked away from TV, we're witnessing the big corporations infecting alternative platforms to bolster their control matrix. Their viewer numbers seem to indicate more rejection on this platform as well..
I agree. Screwed over waiting to see if they had to hack the strut towers or move the master cylinder ect. Its just an ad for Matco. My fault for not bailing 15 mins into it. About to bail on PN completely.
All this horsepower horse shit t.v show ever was, from now to back in the day when it was once a week on Sunday afternoon,1 giant commercial for jegs or holly or Matco or whoever gave enough cash.
Yeah Orgasmo gold said, if you go above and beyond on your sales you can get a Huracan Lambo or the v12 Mercedes blah blah ......blah. and if you refer people in and they sell they can get a lambo, lol
I just got back last night from a 1100 mile trip to go pick up a ‘93 GT mustang with a 347stroker and a built tremac five speed. I bought it for $500 BUT it was parked next to a shop when it burnt down. The car is trash but the engine compartment is still good, hoses aren’t even melted. I’ve got an ‘84 t-top hatch that it’s all going in next.
That 2.3 is a fertile field for power adders. You can turbo the heck out of those and get crazy good numbers for such a modest mill. How about a build video on that old thing, installing some new power under the hood of another Ranger?
The main project was cut off at 5 minutes. Half the episode was dedicated to something else and I didn't watch. They came back near the end, but this is why I rarely click on powernation suggestions.
why dont you just make a matco tool episode and talk about their tools and stuff, people will watch anything on youtube no need to shoehorn it in an episode about a foxbody
Isn’t the 2.3 liter an engine thats sought after in the aftermarket scene? I know a similar build show such as this built a 2.3 Lima engine for dirt track racing
I love the show and all the work yall do!! I like the coyote engines but they are too girthy. Kinda ruins the weight balance in a fox. I love my sbf tucked up into the firewall! My dream setup for corner carving is an aluminum 363 big bore with a transaxle! sla up front and irs out back!
An aluminator weights about 425 and a 302 w weighs about 450. Obviously aluminum heads intake and forged jnternals change the weight and may give tbe windsor a small advantage. But considering a bolt on coyote makes about as much as a windsor maxes out at id say the 30 pounds it may gain dont mean much
@@slowbra94 To me its the size, girth. They sit pretty far forward adding a larger percentage of weight on the front tires. I believe an aluminum block 302 base big bore would offer more potential/better weight distribution in a fox for road racing. In drag racing/drifting the coyote would offer more potential because it's a baddass engine with gobs of power potential.
@@ridemotoeveryday @RidemotoEveryday fair point. Im looking at it from primarily a drag racing perspective of weight and power. I could see something like a strong turbo 4 or I6 performing better because of the weight distribution. But im pretty sure a few companies have come up with ways to move the engine back in this particular swap.
