I am finishing my Nursing degree next year (2023) in Spain. I am quite confused. This process seems to take a VERY large amount of time. So, where should I be while this process takes place? I also do not understand what do you do in the meanwhile. If I can't work as a Nurse in Australia because of all of those exams I have to pass in order to be able to work as a Nurse over there, what would I be doing? The price to be able to become a nurse in Australia is high, so I should be working first somewhere else right? As I wouldn't be able to in Australia, correct? Thanks !
Hello! Thank you for a very informative video. I have two questions: 1) regarding experience. I understand that it is helpfull to have clinical experience in order to pass the OSCE. But, is there any official minimum requirements to experience? I am asking since I have worked 1/2 year in a hospital in norway and want to start the process. 2) Getting work. If i get the registration, do you have any idea how it is to get a work visa? I have spent my working holiday visa years ago. Can i simply then apply for jobs online in Australia, and then get a visa with help from the hospital who wants to hire me? In advance, thanks alot!
HI Steffy. I am currently studying online for my Diploma in Nursing and Patient Care. My family and I are considering relocating to Australia as i am from South Africa. I am going to apply for volunteer work in a the Private sector hospitals near me in the mean time to advance in experience,

Hi Liz, thank you for your question., firstly since i am not a migration agent I am unable to advise you whether you need to wait for your result and registration here in Australia as that will depend on how long your visa permits you to stay. Having said that i would like to point out that the OSCE result will be released within 6 weeks and registration process usually takes 4-6 weeks after AHPRA receive your complete application. in response to your second question yes You can look for a job from your own country. a good website to look for job is seek.com.au. A lot of companies will do telephone or skype interview. please check out my other video where i talked about addressing selection criteria for job application here's the link ruclips.net/video/ys8PXPsaxko/видео.html
