Just to share some info about the English Test. Ahpra also accepts PTE Academic. As copied from Ahpra: the PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking). NOTE: We will only accept test results: i. from one test sitting, or ii. a maximum of two test sittings in a six month period only if: • a minimum overall score of 65 is achieved in each sitting, and • you achieve a minimum score of 65 in each of the communicative skills across the two sittings, and • no score in any of the communicative skills is below 58 PTE is easier and test result is released after a few hours. I had just taken PTE last week and passed. Right now, I'm working on my Ahpra application.

In portfolio stage you download certified copies from ur qualification, passport, ur nursing license in ur home country. I just done it, and they write to be ready that they might ask later for English exam, police check report to approve that you don’t have criminal history, and recent clinical experience. You check their website for detailed information. Good luck

Yung certified true copy po ba nang TOR, diploma and any other necessary documents for AHPRA ay pwede sa SG Notary Public ipa certify? Hi, IELTS is not required until after you passed the OBA so you can technically go through the assessment stages without your English test results. That is up to you, some people prefer to take the English test first though because they don't want the pressure and hassle of thinking about it after OBA.

Hi, sorry, we're afraid we cannot answer your question. I know someone who is in the same situation as you. I am waiting for her feedback to find out if it's true. Unfortunately, the only way to find out at this stage is to pay the 640 AUD for AHPRA to begin the assessment.

Hi Jc and Loraine, question I’m already a USRN, I already passed NCLEX-RN licensed under NM state, I just commenced the self check process but I haven’t created an account with Aphra, am I still gonna fall under Stream B? Or they would honor my Nclex-RN credentials, should they say yes, does it mean i no longer need to pay 650 aud and can just proceed with the OSCE exams? Thank you and God bless!

Do nurses recruitment companies issue special invitations or visas to nurses to come Adelaide and take the OSCE exam, as in the UK OBA equivalence process?

Hi, yes and you can take MCQ (NCLEX) outside of Australia. For OSCE, you have to be in Adelaide, Australia.

Hi, IELTS is not required until after you passed the OBA so you can technically go through the assessment stages without your English test results. That is up to you, some people prefer to take the English test first though because they don't want the pressure and hassle of thinking about it after OBA.

Do you know if this lead to steam C or B, I am worried because I am a registered nurse in japan with more then 6 years experience BUT I don't have a Bachelor degree but only a Diploma and I Have been told by agents that I must need a bachelor degree to be a registered nurse in Australia and my almost 10 years experience doesn't count? is that true?

Hi, sorry, we're afraid we cannot answer your question. I know someone who is in the same situation as you. I am waiting for her feedback to find out if it's true. Unfortunately, the only way to find out at this stage is to pay the 640 AUD for AHPRA to begin the assessment.

How many months do they normally assess the Portfolio part?
Please I need your advice. I applied for ahpra registration and all required documents uploaded. I got a mail from ahpra that I should upload my degree certificate and not notification of result. I called my school and I was told the certificate is not yet ready. And ahpra gave me till 26 of this month to upload or my Registration will be terminated. Please what should I do at this point ?
