Hope you have fun with these if you keep doing them! I'm going to suggest doing JUST a few openings (or a mix of different series) per video especially if you think you might get into reacting to any shows. A lot of people do the 'all 7 openings at once' and it's a lot? Small bites can be a more fun intro instead of a marathon of stuff you're no where near watching for like a half hour. If you have someone who's advice you trust, suggestions are wonderful and there's a ton of series to go through so you'll never run out of content.

6:13 I think a lot of the creativity and imagination you mention is thanks to most anime being based on a comic. It only takes one or two people to make a comic, so someone with a really creative idea for a story, no matter how niche, can bring it to life without needing a film studio or anything like that. Anime studios get to tap into this near limitless well of possibility.
If you want to react to more anime series then I would recommend Attack on Titan.
You should react to some full anime openings so you can have a good listen. If you are looking to expand your horizons anime/manga medium is perfect because it is able to adress issues and topics in an extreme setting and manner and create some of the best stories ever told. Anime/Manga is a medium that's nothing like children catroons and there are multiple demographics it targets. Anime reactions do extremely well on youtube nowadays, especially if you are new to it, so give it a try ! :D

Sorry this got very long, but hopefully it will be some helpful background... If you want to skip to recommendations, it's the last section of this comment, after the " * * * "
Yes, Dragon Ball Z is an anime lol. Pretty sure the original wasn't meant for kids, but you know? The main audience for animations, in the west, were children... There were a few anime that got censored and edited down for kids I think... I mean, some were still meant for young people, but they were more aimed at teens... Effeminate gay guys sometimes got switched to be girls to make things less awkward for parents in the English versions lol... I think that happened at least twice in the original Sailor Moon... Some of the earlier anime to be brought over would often have completely new opening/ending and background music added... I think one show, Samurai Pizza Cats, they had issues with the translated scripts or something, so they made stuff up... They also often changed names to make them easier for English speakers...
God, talking about changes, I think Voltron and Robotech were shows that were originally made up of multiple anime with similar visual themes/designs, because in America they wanted shows that had a larger amount of episodes, so they combined some anime together... They did a similar thing with Power Rangers... I don't know if you're aware about how Power Rangers and a few similar shows used a bunch of footage from Japanese shows to make new ones, mixed in with western footage? If you remember the first seasons, one odd thing to learn is that the White Ranger and second group of Zords footage came from a separate show from the original bunch of suits... The original villain stuff came from the Japanese show, I think, but then for the next part they make new villain parts... Had an actress brought in to replace Rita and Lord Zedd was a western addition... Something like that...These days though, anime tend to get much more faithful English localisations... Even if they aren't always the best (although there are a few that are arguably really good).
But yeah, Anime and Manga actually came about after World War 2, if I remember correctly... After the war I think they had an influx of American comics and such... If you look at some of the early stuff, like Astroboy maybe, you can see some of the influences of early Disney stuff on it, like classic Mickey Mouse style characters, or maybe other similar cartoons of that time... Of course, it was most likely mixed in with other Japanese stuff... I think they had their own traditions of pictoral storytelling before, but it was somewhat different... Of course, much of it never came to the west until later... I don't remember the first anime to come to the West, but while some might have come before, I think the 80s was probably when stuff really started to come over, especially in the English speaking market... Europe and South America probably got stuff at different times... Then in the UK we'd get stuff a bit afterwards... I first really started seeing stuff in the late 90s, I think, maybe it was a bit earlier in the US... It was still pretty niche then though... But yeah, that's when we really started getting stuff like Dragon Ball Z, Gundam Wing, Sailor Moon, Card Captor Sakura, Pokemon, Digimon and so on...

Most people will probably recommend and want to see stuff from 2000s onward...
Death Note is a really cool and interesting, dramatic battle of wits style show with a supernatural element... It does kinda decline a bit in the second season or whatever, but it's worth a watch.
Code Geass is one of my favourites... A mix of serious and dramatic warfare, but with lighthearted highschool hijinx mixed in... It's a bit weird and melodramatic, but it has cool robot action... You know you want to check it out lol.
Gurren Lagan is another mecha/robot type of show, although a bit more on the silly and fantastical side... Things just keep escalating lol.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure... It's easier just to say to check out the openings than explain it lol. If you like DBZ, then you might appreciate it though ^_^;;
Here's some interesting, classic, older anime movies to check out too:
Perfect Blue - A tense psycological thriller
Akira - Classic anime near future sci fi film with a cool motorbike fight and lots of cool animation.
Ghost in the Shell - Neat Cyberpunk film with cool effects and fights and such... Some really good art and animation.
Ninja Scroll - Classic ninja/samurai anime movie... I don't think it was too popular in Japan, but it really caught on in the west... Well it had a cult following anyway... It's a classic anyway lol
Finally, I'd suggest trying out any Studio Ghibli films... although they can cause serious copyright strikes on youtube (like 3 and channel is gone), so you might be better off not risking reactions... I'd still recommend watching for yourself though... If you felt like it, you could upload elsewhere and put up a link to it, but I don't know if you'd want to do that... Oh well ^_^;;

These top 50/100 videos are quite possibly the worst way to get a first impression of anime. Can't really gain much appreciation for the anime from 5 second clips, and they always put the drop moment of the songs, which suck without the build-up. Not a knock on your reaction, but you're much better just asking for anime opening reccomendations or finding text lists and just finding the full openings to react to. Like, imagine trying to get someone into your favorite movies but you can only show five seconds of the trailer.
